rooms very un tidy..no cleanliness...moulds on the wall.very conjusted small room..no twin beds only extra bed is there..

A very nice hotel. Can be chosen without any second thought. Any issue reported immediately addressed too.

Rooms are not maintained and Not worth the cost, Needs maintenance it's a old property. the Towels and sheets are age old and the cleaning is not proper Location waise it's a good option.

Run away from this Hotel terrible experience. Dirty bathrooms are a big turn off The hotel was very old, bedsheets had stains on them, no hot water, the room was not properly swept and cleaned, room service was terrible, the parking space is very less, and the AC doesn’t cool the room properly.

Arif receptionist doing the best job and the room service is very good if you are planing for a best family stay north gate is the right choice

WE STAYED ONE NIGHT ONLY. SO WE CAN NOT GIVE MUCH OF OUR STAY. ANY WAY WE HAVE NOTICED PARKING PROBLEMS. ACTUALLY WE THOUGHT THERE WILL BE A LOT OF PARING AREA AS SHOWS IN YOUR BUT NOT. VEHICLE HORN SOUND ALSO DISTRIBUTING US . WE STAYED IN 311 ROOM

Road work is in progress. So dusty and not cleaned as expected. We asked to change bed sheet as some hair were there. They took approx 2 hours after multiple reminders. Finally when I went to reception then they sent someone to change bedsheets.

Exceeding hinddren charges... and also before booking they showing one photo after booking we shock and surprise because hotel totally different ... even there is no car parking... I feel bad experience

poor service. hot water was available only between 5-8 am and too it wasn't very hot. basic service this expected and the attitude of the reception staff(gentlemen) was not very coordinal

Me and my wife regularly travel to Mudurai temple. We have stayed 5star hotel also but we never insulted like here. Reseptionest was very rude with us. This is very bad behaviour from him. hotel management want to look at this issue very seriously

The hotel was absolutely pathetic — rooms were not cleaned properly, the shower wasn’t working, and to make it worse, the rooms were full of mosquitoes. While some issues can still be adjusted, the mosquito problem made the stay unbearable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until it undergoes proper renovation.

Though the hotel is near the temple, Infra and breakfast is bad at the hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Parking lot is not very good its full of dust over one the night In Rooms We could found mosquitos Rooms size are so small from twin Occupancy and not well maintained Breakfast also not good menu and its basic menu Nit worth for 2.5k per night and it would it be great 1K

Yeah, the hotel was good, but the route to the hotel via Google maps was bit. The day was good. The restaurant was good. The food was really nice. The breakfast was good. The service was excellent and one concern we had is that they had two birds king size better, that's the only thing.

Average hotel. They don’t provide hot water in room for 24X7. With this, them breakfast is below the average.

AC not functioning. Poor bathroom set up towels are not good poor housekeeping not comfortable stay.

The walls of the room were very shabby and dampness was there due to the moisture it needed to be whitewashed. The morning staff was nice I checked in late at night and they didn't provide support regarding the issue with the room they said we only have 2 vacant rooms in your selected category and the second one was even worse. The complimentary breakfast and overall food was good. The location was good.
