Review Of Hotel North Gate

The hotel was absolutely pathetic — rooms were not cleaned properly, the shower wasn’t working, and to make it worse, the rooms were full of mosquitoes. While some issues can still be adjusted, the mosquito problem made the stay unbearable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until it undergoes proper renovation.

Though the hotel is near the temple, Infra and breakfast is bad at the hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Yeah, the hotel was good, but the route to the hotel via Google maps was bit. The day was good. The restaurant was good. The food was really nice. The breakfast was good. The service was excellent and one concern we had is that they had two birds king size better, that's the only thing.

Average hotel. They don’t provide hot water in room for 24X7. With this, them breakfast is below the average.

AC not functioning. Poor bathroom set up towels are not good poor housekeeping not comfortable stay.

The walls of the room were very shabby and dampness was there due to the moisture it needed to be whitewashed. The morning staff was nice I checked in late at night and they didn't provide support regarding the issue with the room they said we only have 2 vacant rooms in your selected category and the second one was even worse. The complimentary breakfast and overall food was good. The location was good.

Staff is polite and helpful. Restaurant food is simple and Ok. Rooms are bit old and in need of renovation (chipped walls). We had to pay extra to upgrade to decent rooms. Central air conditioning is also old, had to wake up twice to fix the cooling

The room walls are shabby patches painting required . Toilet pots show cracks. All four compact rooms have same issues. I have to choose one out of the four. The entrance area is under demolition for road overbridge and hence staff are disinterested.

Customer friendly staff are there but property maintenance could be improved.

The hotel condition has deteriorated in 2 years I always liked it earlier The bed linen were torn . Bathroom doors are bad. The breakfast spread got limited , taste very average and filling was not done regularly . One needed to ask for refill . The reception staff are as usual very good , warm and smiling . That was the only saving grace

I had a very disappointing experience with the room I booked. The photos shown were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the room. The room was extremely compact, unclean, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The bed and bedsheets were dusty and poorly maintained. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

We're experiencing issues with our current rooms, which are in poor condition, and the toilet equipment is not functioning properly. Despite requesting a room change, the management was unwilling to accommodate us, citing that bookings cannot be altered. Additionally, the room service has been inadequate.
