HOTEL PREM NIVAS

I chose this property because of its proximity to Meenakshi Amman Temple and Railway station. Both are walkable distance from the Hotel. I stayed here for a short time because of the busy schedule.

I was suffering from Mosquitos during my stay. Hotel is near to temple, that is good part. staff also ok, but mosquitos maintenance was not good.

This PREM NIVAS HOTEL was very Poor hospitality --- like they are not providing soaps, towels, toilet kits to occupants --not worth for what we are paying---VERY BAD

Good location very close to railway junction and Meenakshi Amman temple.All facilities available in a radius of 50 mtr Neat and clean hotel and good room service too.My next stay also in Hotel prem nivas.

But 12 hours was too short for that amount.

Hotel experience very nice, their hospitality is good. We are checked in late night but they welcome us in good manners & arrange all the necessary things. Also they arrange the local oneday tour trip with cheapest price.

Room looks traditional ambience and wash room also neat. Restaurant are nearby.

In the room the power plug was not working and all the power switches were damaged

Rooms and Bathroom was not that clean, could have maintained well.otherwise all ok. Staffs are good.

Worth for the money..Nearest to temple .Clean and neat. Find the spot on make my trip.staff service were also good

The worst stay of my life! Rooms were filthy, washrooms stinking, and the place looked like a haunted house. When we complained, the staff yelled at us instead of fixing the problem. Management is completely irresponsible and doesn’t care about customers. I strongly warn others — don’t waste your money here, especially if you’re with family

Horrible experience. Do not travel with your family. People are very rude and money minded. They do not respect at least.

property hotel Prem nivas is really excellent in all respects like room neatness , room lighting with night bulb , mobile charging points, good neat washed bed sheets and pillows with pillow covers, dressing table mirror, fan 2 chairs, 2 single cots with very excellent smooth mattresses, and tv with cable network but signal problem for unknown reasons, toilet neatness and hot water supply in morning and luke warm in night, commode, sufficient water ,soaps , good door locking chip system, and 2 lifts working, good staff boys and cleaning staff, and the best is the receptionist a 58 year old person very gentle smiling and heartful receiving present in duty at reception at 4 pm very much pleased with his cordial interaction. But only minus point is the attitude of one middle aged lady reception counter clerk on duty at 1-30 pm on 31-8-2025 made a courtesy first by allowing my niece to get dress change but bluntly REFUSED to allow my wife a senior citizen.to dress change and directed to change dress in toilet only as already my niece was allowed. This hurted us and my wife had to stay with same dress upto Coimbatore. Let me inform you that we checked out room at 10 am itself on 31-8-2025 but still my wife was not allowed for dress change by noon clerk of middle age. and spoiled my opinion of giving 5 excellent grade but we give good grade still.pl take care of that lady clerk on duty at reception counter at 1-30 pm on 31-8-2025

Though it was just a overnight stay, it was unpleasant to say the least. The hotel needs to look at every aspect that could offer good hygiene, decent upkeep and it run like the olden day lodges. The location is excellent and I hope efforts are made to make it lovable. Till then this place could be avoided. All the best!

Hotel is more than 30 years old, i suppose. Everything needs renovation. To be frank last choice if no good hotels are available to stay. I didn't get comfort for the money spent

Average service . Room was good but facilities not up to the mark.No telephone installed for room service. No restaurant facility
