In the room the power plug was not working and all the power switches were damaged

Rooms and Bathroom was not that clean, could have maintained well.otherwise all ok. Staffs are good.

Worth for the money..Nearest to temple .Clean and neat. Find the spot on make my trip.staff service were also good

The worst stay of my life! Rooms were filthy, washrooms stinking, and the place looked like a haunted house. When we complained, the staff yelled at us instead of fixing the problem. Management is completely irresponsible and doesn’t care about customers. I strongly warn others — don’t waste your money here, especially if you’re with family

property hotel Prem nivas is really excellent in all respects like room neatness , room lighting with night bulb , mobile charging points, good neat washed bed sheets and pillows with pillow covers, dressing table mirror, fan 2 chairs, 2 single cots with very excellent smooth mattresses, and tv with cable network but signal problem for unknown reasons, toilet neatness and hot water supply in morning and luke warm in night, commode, sufficient water ,soaps , good door locking chip system, and 2 lifts working, good staff boys and cleaning staff, and the best is the receptionist a 58 year old person very gentle smiling and heartful receiving present in duty at reception at 4 pm very much pleased with his cordial interaction. But only minus point is the attitude of one middle aged lady reception counter clerk on duty at 1-30 pm on 31-8-2025 made a courtesy first by allowing my niece to get dress change but bluntly REFUSED to allow my wife a senior citizen.to dress change and directed to change dress in toilet only as already my niece was allowed. This hurted us and my wife had to stay with same dress upto Coimbatore. Let me inform you that we checked out room at 10 am itself on 31-8-2025 but still my wife was not allowed for dress change by noon clerk of middle age. and spoiled my opinion of giving 5 excellent grade but we give good grade still.pl take care of that lady clerk on duty at reception counter at 1-30 pm on 31-8-2025

Though it was just a overnight stay, it was unpleasant to say the least. The hotel needs to look at every aspect that could offer good hygiene, decent upkeep and it run like the olden day lodges. The location is excellent and I hope efforts are made to make it lovable. Till then this place could be avoided. All the best!

Hotel is more than 30 years old, i suppose. Everything needs renovation. To be frank last choice if no good hotels are available to stay. I didn't get comfort for the money spent

The hotel is not maintain any thing , it's like a ghost house, imidiate after entering the hotel is object and inform to make my trip customer care , no solutions given, no value for money, worst

We have booked 2 rooms one room is ok buth another room AC didn't worked. Hot water is not available

The room was very dirty with dust all around, basic things were not available in the room like towels, soap, etc. Blanket provided was also very dirty. Apart from bed, ac and tv, Nothing was provided.

Very good room & very good room service.I also recommended this hotel to my families & friend circle. this hotel also nearby railway station & bus stand & minakshi temple for easy convenience.very very good hotel.

Room is average but Amenities are not available TV not working shows 'weak or no signal' also shower is not working, bathroom is not clean even Bed in 2 seprate that is so embarassing also very disappoint me and also my wife. and one more thing room sevice or hotel service is completely fail because not anyone here to listen your necessary needs like water, room environment is too hot. completely disappointed

Facilities are not matching as mentioned in MakeMyTrip and phone numbers/ landline numbers are also not updated. Indian washroom was present which was not mentioned anywhere while booking
