Generally no hot water, no room food service & restroom stinks due to sewag

The restroom will stink due to the sewage drain irrespective of how much perfume you spray. Common hot water system and it only gives non-cold water. Not warm, not hot. You cannot get hot water bath. Bed sheets are not comfortable. No room food service. No dark curtains. Interior is good and spacious but everything else is a bad experience. You cannot reach them through any phone numbers to enquirer about anything before checking in and also after booking. And no flexible 24 hours checkin.

Terrible Stay

Stay was terrible. We reached around 12 night on 10 jean 2024. We were allotted two rooms. Both rooms were very poor. For example, as we entered in room no. 204 there were insects, flies wondering here and there. Toilet shove r jet was damaged. Bad smell in room and bathroom etc. After complaint, we were allotted room no. 208. It was more or less the same. One more terrible incident happened. After sleep, a rat came on bed and started wondering. Sleep disturbed. Called staff. They also seen rat below the pillow. After so much unimaginable incidents, they allotted one another room no. 301. But it was no more good. Afterall, we passed the night with all compromises. In one sentence, experience was "very terrible and unimaginable.

Room size was good and spacious. Property doesn't have a restaurant, no wifi, no landline, ac of one of the room was not working and for the other room, ac remote was not there.
