We booked for 24 hrs from early morning 6 am through online but somehow there is a mistake and it booked from 12 am. So the people in the reception asked for extra 500. We told they we are going to say until evening. We'll check out within 6 pm. But they didn't accept. They didn't respond properly from the beginning. We didn't had a proper welcome. After some talks they accepted to check in early but still they made us sit for more than 30 mins for cleaning the room. The plug points are not working. Only one was worked. For heater we need to call them and it took 30 mins for them to turn on heater. we booked for 2 and one more person joined us. We agreed to pay for 3. We agreed to pay extra 500 but they didn't give another bed. It was a single bed for 3 people. Worst receptionist ever. The room was okay. But saw a mouse running from window.

The stay was pretty bad the restrooms were not properly maintained commode was clogged in middle of night and the faucet not properly working and they have not cleaned the room untill we left the hotel in the two days

No hygiene, bed rooms are too worst, bedsheets and pillows are not washed, can't stay with family, bad

Worst place i ever visited in last 5 years. No cleaning, lot of mosquitoes, smelly washroom, rusty bed and windows, broken water utensils and so on.

Worst stay of my life. No amenities, stinking room, no tv, no cleaned water, no room service. Dirty bedsheets. No cleaning in the room. They have charged me rs 2960. It is not even worth rs 500- don't stay in this hotel. Worst bowl of my life.

Have check - in late as i mentioned while booking. Have booked two no of double bed. But, they provided 2 +1. How can we stay with 2 couple with provided bed. Also, we comes with born baby and 2 years old baby. Heater not working. Ac not working. Even early morning 6. 30 am onward s water not available for refresh. Maintenance of rooms poor. Totally waste of money. Dont go with family any more on this hotel.

The residency has a lot to improve. No hot water, no proper amenities in the room. We have shifted our stay to another hotel on next day

Room was ok, but not expected but for a night stay or with batchelors it is fine. The only main impressive thing is the the front desk management. Even in middle of a night they are very responsive and helping.

Rooms were not clean, tv was not working electricity was gone no generator was available, electricity was restores after few hours. Staff was also not helpful very bad experience will not recommend this hotel to anyone

It’s horrible, horrible, horrible hotel. Room and bathroom were dirty. Towel, bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty and given used one. No arrangement of tea and drinking water. No warm water, and even water supply get exhausted every time. Ac power supply switched off often. Staff rude and have argument during allotment. Tap were broken, shower not working with leakage, no towel hanger, potty leaking from the back and with toilet sheet broken. No restaurant and no arrangement for tea. It was nightmare for me.

Worst experience in this hotel every time i’m going out they ask me room number and check out date. Ac is not working no wifi no blanket no food nothing simple waste of money

I stayed with my family. No tv, no intercom, no remote for a/c. Bathroom was a nightmare. Many peepholes, i was told that the hot water would be available at morning 7 to 9. Till 8 o'clock it was not supplied. I had to walk up and down three times for requesting hot water. Then the operator switched on the geyser power line, but for my surprise he put off the supply in half an hour. Two out of four in my family had not finished bathing. I again went to the reception inform. I would never recommend this hotel even for my worst enemy. The attitude of the staff was typical madurai gethu (rude)

Worst experience. Worst hotel i have stayed. The hotel had subpar conditions, including dirty sheets and pillows without covers, a malfunctioning main door, absence of water bottles, and an unpleasant odor in the bathwater and water has some foul smell and fungus full water. Despite requesting multiple time to change the bedsheets and bring pillow covers, they didn’t changed. Pathetic services and support from reception.

Toilet was not clean, shower was continuously leaking not atteded even after complain. Room service was very poor, no driking water, soap, mosquito replent no towel.

Best location, easy to access but no food. Room is spacious. No enough parking area and management is not bothered about this.

Tv, ac not working. Rest room door not able to close/lock. No hot water facility very poor service. There is no room service. Not worth for money.

Its one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Paid approximately 2500 per night, but its not worth. A dharamshala probably will be better option. person in reception only speaks Tamil. A tourism place like madurai attracts visitors from all across the country. How can he communicate with guests? torn and dirty towels, dirty toilets, stained bedsheets, torn blankets welcomed me n the room. No toiletries provided. No room service, you have to order for at least 5 cup of tea / coffee then the person will bring it from outside in a flask. After 2 days a lady with bare foot came for room cleaning with 2 years old kid without cloths to clean the room. Is it a hotel or hostel?

Dirty pillows but they not changed. After one hour they changed that. The toilet and wash basin are not cleaned. Full day they didn't come to clean. For the full daytv is not working. Room boy service ok.
