I wish I could give lesser than terrible.. no service at all they only showed to the room and that too after a fight that it’s not available.. I had booked a different one they gave a different room this accommodation

Good thing is the staff s. Helpful. But room was stinky. Taps were not working. Not good for family.

Expected more for the money paid. No TV, geyser, intercom in the room. Closer to station and temple is the only advantage.

The hotel was good, Very near to prime locations like railway station and Madurai temple Food is good at a restaurant 2 buildings beside it

Location was fine. There was a lady who spoke to me. She was very nice to be available to accommodate. Apart from that. Everything was a total waste. The lift doesn’t work properly on third floor, lift unsafe. There is no power backup in the Hotel which works sufficiently. There was a problem with electricity in late night and early morning continuously, but AC was working, but AC was not cooling enough and the rooms are like full of dust is like very poor. I will never come back to this place.

The hotel was terrible. The photos show. On MakeMyTrip were truly misguiding. Following things mentioned in the inclusions were unavailable: Dining Area, Seating Area, Work Desk, Hot Water, Terrace, Newspaper, Fan, Laundry Service, Towels, In-room Dining, Study Room. The actual rooms provided were dirty and smelly. This hotel should be de-listed from MakeMyTrip as this directly harms the brand trust.

Quality of the property is very poor no food

Worst Experience. There are very dirty rooms and unhygienic toilets. No parking space available. You have to park in other private paid parking. There are 100+ cockroaches in the room. No hot water available.

No available of television in the rooms. Rooms were old need to improve room interiors and not worth for the money

never book this hotel even in your bad dreams. Bed bugs are there and it is enough that i have faced here. The worst experience ever in a hotel. Very compact room of size 8*8 without curtain on windows, having hand wash tap just parallel to bed, almirah of plywood and mirror attached with wall within that 8*8 room. Worst bathroom ever in a hotel i have seen. Worst lift with channel and shutter gate with horrible condition.

One broken plastic chair only they provided in the room and even a mug or a glass has not been provided for use.

It was a comfort stay. Very calm and quite. Staff was friendly, help ful. Bedroom and bathroom are good and neat.

This place is close by to railway station walkable and auto charges 70 rs best for single passengers they are not rude and insisting rules u can follow any time for 24 hrs no extra pay. But no provisional for paste soap and towel. No hot water facility. Lot of tiffin centres are near by. Lift facility there

Not at all as per the pictures. The beds, doors were in pathetic condition, they don't even have geysers in their rooms. Hot water was provided by small buckets by the hotel staff. Toilets were also smelly. I won't ever recommend this hotel. All except the outside hotel name picture. Totally hopeless. Very third grade quality.

The rooms were average. There were good options available nearby with the same rates

Just 10 min by walk to temple. Old style hotel, service amenities were below average

It was a great experience and the receptionist was good in handling customers and the room was clean and neat even the ac is in good conditions and gave us good and comfortable sleep overnight. Overall it was a great and pleasant companion.

Nice room and privacy and security. Good time to travel this room. Room clean and location. Comfortable and travel and near by travel spot

It's a very horrible. Staff are rude. Not a supporting staff. They did not provide basic amenities. They don't know how to talk with customer.
