Good location with all facilities and kind staff good breakfast

Location was excellent, I could just walk to the hotel from the station! The room had basic amenities that were satisfactory. There was a leak in the closet water tank which did not affect the function, but indicated some lack of maintenance. Hot water was available 24*7 which was good. Food at the in-house restaurant was average. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Very poor maintenance and also poor management hygiene missing toilet and bathroom are poorly maintained unfit to stay

Have always been a guest at College house for over 40 years. Each time it drops lower and lower and this time was the worst. The reception guys were sad, wanted to wait for before checking in, there were lizards in the room, paint peeled off, dirty doors, mirror one half was invisible.. everything that was to be bad was bad . The location being the only saviour. Hopefully the last time I stayed there though I have very very nostalgic memories of this place over the last 40 years

Rooms condition is not good. Service is pathetic. Front staff is uncooperative. They want to give bad rooms to pre book customer even though they had better rooms available. We have to argue to get room away from noisy road facing room. Room service is pathetic. Never recommended for family stay

while booking it was mentioned that the breakfast is for 2 Adults and 2 children but they are accept the make my trip booking and they allotted for only 3 and charged for one person. In front reception one lady is very rood and she told that you can complaint to anywhere no problem. Except restaurant and location other things are very worst. Better make my trip is remove this hotel from website otherwise will get bad name

No proper communication with the Facility and MakeMyTrip as I had to wait for a while before a room was allotted. During my two days stay only once did the housekeeping personal came to clean the room. Not even drinking water was provided. Television and remote in a very bad shape. Bathroom was untidy. Pathetic room service. In short, it was a nightmare.

Advise not to stay here. Service is very bad. No cleanliness. Room is dirty and lack painting. Complimentary break fast is good and served at a neat hall is the only plus point.

Worst ever stay experience, fan, AC and geycer in non working state.Food is also not good. Checked in at 1pm left the hotel by 6am, complementary breakfast also rejected

Staff are very courteous. However rooms are very old fashioned and not up to the standards. Advantages of this hotel centrally located with short access to temple and railway station. Rates are very reasonable.

I stayed in an a/c double room. The rent is not low but the room is not clean and a bad oder was there all over the room. The bed spread was clumsy and dirty. Really it was a bad experience sorry to say this
