The room was neat, clean, and adequate. The room service was prompt and quick. I would recommend it for personal and family stay.

Location is near market and temple, and services are also good. Just they don't provide kettle instead provide hot water in thermoses.

Location is near Temple. Reception is grand. Room size comfortable. Bathroom and plumbing is poor. Breakfast is average. No restaurant for Lunch & Dinner. No Tea coffee and Kettle is provided. Room service only for snacks and hot drinks. Staff is courteous.

No staff came to pick up luggage both at the time of arrival and departure. Only one towel available in double occupancy. Cockroaches in washroom

The hotel staff was non cooperative , inspire of repeative request basic tea family were also not provided to old parents . The rooms and sheet were terrible , switches were not working and rooms were dingy

Hotel is located nearer to railway station and Meenakshi Amman temple. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast Buffet is good and staffs are behaving well

Needs lot of maintenance work in the bath room. No hot water coming in the bath room. Car parking to be improved because of safety concerns. Stayed only for a night and hence no comments on the restaurant.

bath room and toilets were not good, flush was not working and seat was not good, though communicated at front desk several times to solve atleast flush issue but no response . we dint even bath looking the conditions of the bath room Room was stinking soo bad with cigrate and alcohol smell were family were not satisfied staying here

The property is located 2 Km amay from Meenakshi Temple. Both room and washroom are clean and the room is very spacious.TV, AC and geyser are in full working order. The hotel is secure and safe

Properly is located 2 km away from Minakshi temple. Room is clean, spacious and AC is in full working order. Toilet is very clean and toiletery kits are available.

Food and room are just ok for single day stay but Bathroom smell which is little bad, pipe is not working properly. Location wise its easy for us to explore night and walkable distance to the temple.

It wasn’t a good experience for us. The main issue was that they didn’t even give us water when we asked for it, and although they showed us the room on the first floor, but when it came to actually giving us the room, they placed us on the second floor. They weren’t very cooperative with us

Room Maintanance is poor, visibly see damaged walls and paint peeled . Only consolation was breakfast was decent. Will not recommend this for others
