TM Hotel

Overall it was good. My stay was very short as arrived at midnight and checkedout before noon time the next day. Even it was close to midnight, there was staff in reception. They helped with the luggages etc and checkin was pretty smooth. They don't have hotel car parking so at night they helped me park in on main road but next day morning got me parking spot at nearby parkimg space (hotel paid for the parking) Rooms are clean and tidy, also they provided amenities like tooth brush, paste, soap bars, shampoo pouch. It has 2 chairs and a small tea table. Next day morning we walked to Meenakshi Amman temple, which took 8-9 mins. Now some things which I felt bit grey and could do better considering its a nice place to stay - - The staff who helped me with the luggages helped me bringing coffee/milk at room the next day. He mentioned its complimentary (as it should be , as I have breakfast included in package). He shown extra attentiveness on bringing water bottle extra, and I understood that its probably the tips factor he is eyeing. I was fine and told him that while checking out will give him tips. However, when I was checking out, he asked me coffee,milk cost. To clarify, I came to reception person of it was not complimentary and he too confirmed it was. Suddenly the staff and other staffs started speaking something on their local language which I didnt understand, and all told its extra. Receptionist person felt clueless, but Ito give it to the staff so gave it to him telling its included coffee- something)., bht it was not needed as I would have given anyway that money for him. - The room AC's fan swinger was broken which didnt let me enable the swinging functionality , minor though as AC working fine. -

Very close to temple and good Vegetarian restaurants. Staff is good and helpful. Rooms are clean and having lift facility

ground floor there is nest to restaurant kitchen lot of noise

The hotel is located in good location. but when our guests stayed, there was no proper ac and there was an issue with lift on the day. the seniors could not go up and there was good amount of delay in arranging alternate rooms

Room not clean also staff behaviour horrible they are asking money for every work. specially the reception person not polite. The cost difference is also there MakeMyTrip price is near about 2 times higher than offline price

The rooms were old, but a little spacious. A/C was working well and no problem with hot water. The major problem was there was no parking available and the hotel located in a very busy narrow road

very bad experience. I gone for my office work they don't allow my office person to come and meet me at the room. I had complaint regarding fan blade is bend and there is No air circulation in the room. they don't have any reply. Worst hotel

Hopeless service. No parking facility. Need to park in a private parking space and they collect money. Room not at all worth for the money i paid

The rooms were dirty with mosquitos in it, the hotel people were not cleaning even after repeatedly asking. It looked like a low quality lodge rather than a hotel. Sink was outside and walls were dirty.

Location is good and it is an looks like old heritage building converted to hotel. Rooftop has open dinning area. It has no sea view. I have allocated ground floor that is not good enough as light is very less.

Difficult to get parking, they do not have their own parking. Room not very clean

Clean rooms while checking in, close to station & temple right next to sri sabrees restaurant the most popular meals joint. At best an average hotel go for it if u get it for 3k, customer service is not great, if u book multiple days then u have chase them to get cleaned and water subsequent days is chargeable. Best for one night traveller to temple & back.

Great location for meenakshi temple visit as it is just 1. 2 kms from it. The lanes are small and parking is a hassle if you do not find a place at the private parking near by. Rooms are decent sized and clean. There is a lift. No in house restaurants but there is a restaurant on either side of the hotel

No in-house restaurant. Bathroom full of mosquitoes as glass window. Slats exposed to the outside instead of an exhaust fan. Hot water available after draining 2 buckets, as centrally heated water without any circulating pump system. Attendants always looking for handouts. Priced very high compared to similar properties

Very clean and neat room. Polite service. High quality bed and high tech furnishing value for money.

Very bad experience, collecting the tarif for 3 star hotels but not provide the tooth kit and provide the 1rupee chick shaamp and small medimix, and no respect from house keeping.

Hotel was terrible and hairs all over the room. The location was very bad and always noisy. Water stopped for few hours. No courtesy from the hotel employee always looking for tips. Overall i way it's money hungry hotel and try to find a better one and avoid this hotel
