Hotel Rathna Residency

Very poor service from the reception. The way of approach from reception team show irresponsible way. They wont care about the guests they will focus only on their personal work. We booked with food but in breakfast alos not good, we are paying but nothing is there in buffe. I recommend others to choose som good hotels going forward. I used PLA Rathna group every where SALEM Trichy and Tanjore they are very good compared with madurai.

the location is really good and the place is well maintained and neat. the room and bathroom is extremely small and the bathroom fittings were old and did not work properly.

This hotel is not customer friendly. Staff is rude. Breakfast spread is pathetic, somebody should teach them hospitality. Water is dropping on floor from ac. Bedsheets are dirty. I will never book this hotel again.

Hotel location is shopping street and also near to temple. Limited space for parking. Rooms are big and clean. Hospitality has to be improved lot. Breakfast was average. Staffs were helpful.

The place is neat. Food was really good especially complimentary breakfast. Of course the rooms are small. There is tv, ac working in good condition. Other facilities are just ok type.

Service is bad

It was a pathetic stay and i got very poor service from front office, they have charged rs. 860- extra for just 2 hours early check in and not provided be break fast on that date. Receiptionest was very rude and he is not even ready to listen our requirements

Walkable distance to railway station & main temple. Though, their restaurant was not functioning, good eateries nearby. No kettle provided. Rest all fine.

It's has a descent room, with good comfortable bed. Clean bathrooms. Value stay and don't expect a luxury stay. People here are very good and warm. As a woman solo traveller i can rely and stay at this hotel. It gives a sense of being at home.
