Good hotel and very close to the temple. Location is best room is ok service is ok staff overall was good but can be improved

The best part of the hotel is it is exactly opposite to the meenakshi temple. Rooms are too small. No windows and no ventillation. Staffs were helpful.

Overall very poor experiece with makemytrip, i have told to cancel one room, they have put me on hold for 15 minutes and finally said it will be confirmed thru email, but nothing has happend, finally the second room was not cancel-led and i paid it. I will never suggest makemytrip to anyone

Very poor condition, no space in room, no table, no chair, no tea available and bath room very stinky, not fit to be called as hotel,

Stay was right in front of temple west gate, and it was a decent stay place, but the room provided to us doesn’t even have a window in it, apart from that it’s good

The location is very close to temple, but no cab or no auto will enter to hotel gate, they will leave us 500 mtr from the border, either you have to carry own laguage or you inform the hotel person they will come and pick up. Just imagine in rainy season how difficult it.

Stayed there for 3 nights and no hot water for 1 day later on we got hot water and room is big for 4 people and the management will do the needful in polite and quick way.

Poor responce in hotel reception landline number called more then 15 times n various number but no use and we are stayed for 3 days but cleaning service didn't clean even a single time. They arrange cab service for trip near palaces and hotel locate in very near to temple so u can visit temple at any time.

Near west gate of meenakshi temple and shopping. It is a decent place and location advantage os good.

While they rooms were clean, there weren't enough food choices available. Also, i had to request basic facilities like water, towels a lot of times. They took eternity to get me water.

The rooms were small (as compared to the price. Staff was very kind. Not upto the mark if they claim it a 3 star.

For oneday visit to meenashi temple, madurai is good. Environmental of hotel room cram-bled no visbile site from the hotel to outside. Front desk and staff is very supportive and very helpful.

We had booked the hotel looking at the images but the experience was completely opposite of that. Except the location, there is nothing worth mentioning about the property. Service, was far below expectation.

Small room but very near to amman temple. No reastaurant in the hotel. Bath rooms are small. It is an average hotel.

Hotel is very close to meenakshi temple ( close to west entrance gate ) & staff can provide you extra hours to check out if there is no rush. Good for family 100% recommendation

Location is good, restaurant is not available on call they can arrange food from out side. Even wi fi passwords were given wrong to us. We have used our mobile hotspot for internet.
