Best hotel in the city facilities were too good near to the Meenakshi Amman Temple

Location is very good. Amenities are in paper, there is a kettle but no coffee or tea sachets, there is a rod no hangers, even after asking not provided. Linen not properly maintained. For food, we hv to walk on the road for abt 400 metres to one of their group restaurants. Building and plans are good, they can do better.

Rooms were clean , spacious & affordable . As it’s quite in the center of the city , commute was easy to all spots in Madurai .

Stay was good. Location is a great advantage. They do have parking in the location. Only thing that can be improved may be a in house restaurant and breakfast timings bit early.

It's within 1 km of the Meenakshi Temple so the location is awesome. Parking can be improved.

Th property location is great but the up keeping of the rooms is bad. There were torn pillow covers and bedsheets. We requested for a late check out they could only provide 30 more minutes than normal. Breakfast is not in house it came from its other hotel but was good

My stay was underwhelming—the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. The service was highly disappointing, and the receptionist was notably unfriendly. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. I paid for two nights, and honestly, with a little extra money, I could have had a much more premium stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t definitely recommend this place.

Old hotel..pooorly maintained...no room service... pathetic bathroom...shower not working...walls are stained...old towels..

Location is at the heart of the town very close to Meenatchi Amman temple, Railway Station, Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal etc. The rooms are compact with all support facilities. The Hygene could be much better. The breakfast was very tasty, South Indian dishes, with good spread. It is being brought in from their own nearby restaurant as there is no in-house restaurant at this hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

Under maintenance, staff not co Operated , room is ok, very old and un hygenic

The hotel was near and spacious but needs some renovation in the room ceiling as it looks very old. Also the bathroom gets clogged and smell spreading across the room. Overall a decent experience but could be much better at this price point.

Room was okay but washroom/dustbin was not maintained properly and One room had no fan services

no resturant facility.. even not get water bottle in hotel. not clean . i will not recommend thid hotel to any person

Location is to good. Maintenence is very poor. The room walls were unclean, Toilet was not maintained well. AC was not working in the room that I had stayed. I had complained thrice but they could not repair it properly.

The hotel is centrally located and provides easy access to all major places of visit. The staffs were very friendly. The room is not well maintained. They have adjusted the lighting in the room in such a way that the damages in the room, its walls are not visible.

An okayish hotel for a family , if we comes with group of friends then it’s good one

The room s were clean and spacious which I had not expected in a crowded place. Checkin checkour was quick. Breakfast spread was typical South Indian and had a good spread. Bathroom was clean
