Food is tasty and the staffs are very good.Nice location near the temple in the middle of the city. Room is convenient and neat.News paper as well as weeklies are available in the reception.Parking area is also. It was a nice stay.Thank you..

room was spacious but AC not working properly... Toilet has cockroaches and room with mosquitoes, flies due to open ventilators....No one for baggage handling.

Booked 2 non-AC rooms in this hotel for our stay. This review is only for our experience regarding these rooms. The rooms in appearance are average but well cleaned. The bed and 2 chairs take most of the space in the room. The bathroom is also average in appearance but decently cleaned. Hot water is available. Essential toiletries are provided. One of the rooms was missing an electric kettle, and the other didn't have a remote for the TV. There were two things that confused us and, quite frankly, concerned us during our visit. One of which is that the door to the room has a sliding bolt lock. We were worried that someone might accidentally lock the door from outside, so we had to put the physical lock in the latch whenever we were inside the rooms. The other is that there is a master switch provided outside the door next to the doorbell, which didn't make any sense at all. In one of the rooms someone actually turned it off during the night and had to go outside to turn it on. Despite the small inconveniences, overall it was a good stay. There's a restaurant in the hotel, and the food is great. All the staff interactions we had at the hotel during our brief stay were very pleasant and friendly.

We had booked a single room for 5 of us, but at the time of check-in, we were informed that the room was unavailable due to broken tiles. The staff asked us to use two separate rooms instead. When we requested additional bedsheets and towels, they insisted that only one towel would be provided for the entire booking. The attitude was quite unprofessional and disappointing.

The stay was quite satisfactory. We have stayed at this facility once before earlier this year and the facilities do not disappoint. Rooms are clean, facilities available as advertised and helpful staff. Ample parking, in-campus restaurant, prime location, and proximity to Meenakshi Amman temple are a few highlights of the property. Overall, I’m happy and will stay again whenever we visit the city.

Worst kept hotel even for govt standards. It's terribly dirty and serves distasteful food. Not fit for human consumption.

First of all I am from Odisha.... The food that was served in the hotel was quite awsome...Room was decent..

Very close to Railway station, bus stand and amman temple, it's centrally located. Behaviour of staff is good and cooperative. Attached restaurant with complimentary breakfast and dinner is appreciable. However, rooms are a little bit small.

Food only South Indian available, location is good , Room service is bad need to improve lot

Plenty of mosquitoes inside room, they must take measures to curb mosquitoes. Food provided was good. there were not many options to order additionally. Its a kind of place with basic facilities where one can stay when no better options are available.
