Restaurant service wasn't good. A few people were attending. Even out of rush hour they could not manage. The chutney got finished, not replenished for another half an hour. Water wasn't served at the table.

good place to stay. located in main road. easy access. Rooms were good. some minor maintenance required though. I had only 1 problem. there was a birthday party going on due to which music sound was very loud. I would seriously say it's a disturbance for other guests staying.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms have a nice layout and the location of the hotel is very idealfor a tourist. The in-house parking facility on the basement ensures safety. Valet parking is mostly available.The in-house restaurant is good and breakfast is typically south indian but tasty. This time we found the house keeping team not up to the mark...maybe because of wedding functions . The room was handed over without proper cleaning and bathroom was stinking. Of course the hotel reception changed the room on our compliant.But I consider it a aberration as we never had any issues during our earlier stays. House keeping team requires to be fine tuned on their duties and responsibilities. Otherwise a great stay and place ideal for families

Booked a room as it was the only '4 star hotel' in the area. However, I got to know it was a '4 star architecure' and nothing in relation to the facilities. Pros: 1. Corteous staff. 2. Good food. 3. Under 4kms from the NH 4. Covered and protected parking 5. Decent room size Cons 1. Cleanliness could be better 1.1 Room was dusty 1.2 Bath towels had rust on them and had faded 1.3 No face towel 1.4 A discarded towel was used as a bath mat. 2. The rooms require maintenance 3. Chipped/broken coffe mug 4. The restaurant plates were chipped and bore marks of years of use. Recommended only ifyou are looking for a decent place to stay overnight on your journey.

This is our third visit. The last two visit v enjoyed. This time they allotted a room were the blanket found dirty nd no fridge were provided, on request they allowed another room. The fridge started to leak by night as well as the AC found not working by midnight.

Night dinner was not good. Breakfast staff was hurry around 945 am to close the food court removing everything. Most of the food not available and staffs are unprofessional. Pros • The hotel is in a good location, inside the city, and easy to reach. • It’s a budget-friendly hotel. • The staff are polite and helpful. • The food tastes good, though there are not many options. • The buffet breakfast is also good. ⸻ Cons • We booked 8 rooms on different dates, and most of them had one or another issue. • Towels were not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets had stains. • Some bathrooms were missing the glass partition. • We also saw a few cockroaches in a couple of rooms. • One bathroom door had the laminate peeling off. • Overall, the hotel needs to improve cleanliness and room interiors. • It looks like the hotel was good a few years or months ago, but now it clearly needs renovation

we stayed there for 1 day, the hotel was looking good from the outside, had good ratings, but room they have provided us was just average meaning size and all are good but the floor was not properly cleaned, there was no proper maintenance, we given very dirty pillow covers and towels, they changed them after complaining, food was ok, there was room service but they sent dirty plates we asked them to change the by time they took to send new plates and cutlery food got it took they approximately 15mins just to change plates even after taking that much time the plates they sent were clean but broken around the edges, breakfast buffet was excellent, worst of all there was cockroachs in the room we kept out cloths in the closet they were crawling all around out cloths, its was not at all expected, the hotel needs to get updated soon. overall experience was not great. they had a pool it was good.
