Completely unprofessional towels were stinking Worst behaviour of staffs when asked for gst bill and they made me come back from my plans in the middle and just gave me a a4 sheet, not even a envelope covered. Just worst hotel completely worst

Not enough Hospitality

Property is quiet aged. Room service is good but some staff are not kind enough in case of an accident happens to the guest . They are least worried about condition and instead will move on to attract more guests. Car Parking area is totally not usable. Elders are not advised to get down or get into car from parking area . They will surely face with an accident and the staff will have no concern on you.

The outside building is very good . But the rooms inside is very old . The beds was not comfortable and also the toilets were not maintained properly. Also when we had been to dine , they served the biriyani which was cooked in the afternoon and they never bothered to heat it before serving .

Short stay for transit at Vivera Grande

This was our second time staying at Vivera grande. Like the previous time, overall experience was very good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Only negatives were that the bathroom felt a bit congested and parking space seemed to be limited.
