The property itself is brilliant. The aesthetics and the authenticity of Chettinad experience, their attention to detail, they have got it amazingly well. The room was amazing. In fact, the bathroom was so spacious and everything was very well done. One small quip, there were some power cuts and then it would take a minute or two for the power to come back. Apart from that, the garden and pool everything was just beautiful. The service was good, but there is some room for improvement, definitely, they can strive to get even more perfect as far as services is concerned. Lunch was very good. Breakfast was okay. The location of the property in itself is pretty accessible to the road among other things. However, it can get a little noisy at times because you can hear the bus honking, otherwise nine out 10 for this property for sure.

the property is located in central kanadukathan. and all the heritage houses are walkable distance from it. The food was simple, locally sourced and tasty. The staff were courteous and helpful. They help plan out the activities and suggest nearby attractions to visit.

It was a great experience to stay at Vishlam cgh, we stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival we got a traditional grand welcome and drink. Even though we booked a normal room, it was almost like a suite. The room was clean and tidy. The staff guided us in visiting all the places near to it. We also experienced kolam making, village walk, cooking class. It was all world class. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chettinadu.

The hotel is located in an excellent area with a natural ambiance. All temples and market restaurants are within 15 km. The staff are friendly, kind, and very helpful. The swimming pool is kept very clean, and the complimentary breakfast and filter coffee are delicious.

We have stayed at Visalam for the first time and the experience was amazing! We have received all information prior to our check in and we got a traditional welcome. Kids had fun at the well maintained pool with jacuzzi. Food was excellent with a touch of local culture, customs, and cuisine. We had a good tour of the property. Rooms were grand with sustainable use of resources. Best part is the polite and friendly staff at the property.
