The Visalam Chettinad Palace - A CGH Earth Experience is excellent and the staff is very helpful.... It was an amazing stay... we booked Chettinad Suite, which was amazing! If I had to point out any not so great thing, then that would be as the Visalam Chettinad Palace - A CGH Earth Experience is in city, outside noise can be disturbing in the morning... also since it’s a restoreed property figuring out the switches in the room can be difficult, so contact the Visalam Chettinad Palace - A CGH Earth Experience staff sooner... Anyway it was a fabulous stay... the staff is very helpful, professional and warm... the dinner, breakfast was tasty too☺️

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this establishment. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. The ambience was truly enchanting, providing a serene and inviting atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the unique chettinad homes and palace, which added a touch of elegance to the surroundings. It was a great experience to stay at Vishlam cgh, we stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival we got a traditional grand welcome and drink. Even though we booked a normal room, it was almost like a suite. The room was clean and tidy. The staff guided us in visiting all the places near to it. We also experienced kolam making, village walk, cooking class. It was all world class. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chettinadu.

Had a very pleasant stay at CGH Visalam. The Visalam Chettinad Palace - A CGH Earth Experience offered an authentic Chettinad Mansion experience - you actually love within the mansion in rooms, unlike most other Visalam Chettinad Palace - A CGH Earth Experiences which have newly built rooms adjacent to the old mansion. The staff is exceptional, and always ready to gk the extra mile to make you stay great. Food was great. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at Visalam for the first time and the experience was amazing! We have received all information prior to our check in and we got a traditional welcome. Kids had fun at the well maintained pool with jacuzzi. Food was excellent with a touch of local culture, customs, and cuisine. We had a good tour of the property. Rooms were grand with sustainable use of resources. Best part is the polite and friendly staff at the property.

the property is located in central kanadukathan. and all the heritage houses are walkable distance from it. The food was simple, locally sourced and tasty. The staff were courteous and helpful. They help plan out the activities and suggest nearby attractions to visit.

Rooms are good. Nice ambience. Food is average according to me. Very less options. They only have a set menu and can’t order anything away. There are lots of options in chettinad cuisine but this Visalam Chettinad Palace - A CGH Earth Experience offers average variety.

My sister and I had a memorable stay at Visalam. The property fulfilled our desire to stay in a place where history and culture blended in along with a modern touch. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The food satisfied our taste buds. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Perfect for a peaceful stay with good food... Some nice places to visit nearby ... take a bicycle ride in the morning to get some excellent village views and some fresh air

Visalam CGH earth has been nothing short of a dream stay. The overall ambience, quality of people (especially Prakash and Sangeetha), impeccable food has touched our souls. I have never felt heavy at heart leaving a property - Chettinad and Visalam has our heart.
