Excellent Stay
Visalam was a dream!!! Its my second day after I checked out from Visalam, but mentally im still there, i just couldn’t step out of that place and stay. The warmth and luxury, behavior of staffs , managers were just amazing. I used to stay in CGH in ither locations , they had always amazed me with their hospitality and friendly services. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning for a stay. Worth the money and time spent. Thanks and best regards

Great CGH Property. Loved our stay. Good authentic Chettinad experience.
The property itself is brilliant. The aesthetics and the authenticity of Chettinad experience, their attention to detail, they have got it amazingly well. The room was amazing. In fact, the bathroom was so spacious and everything was very well done. One small quip, there were some power cuts and then it would take a minute or two for the power to come back. Apart from that, the garden and pool everything was just beautiful. The service was good, but there is some room for improvement, definitely, they can strive to get even more perfect as far as services is concerned. Lunch was very good. Breakfast was okay. The location of the property in itself is pretty accessible to the road among other things. However, it can get a little noisy at times because you can hear the bus honking, otherwise nine out 10 for this property for sure.

An overall memorable experience.
the property is located in central kanadukathan. and all the heritage houses are walkable distance from it. The food was simple, locally sourced and tasty. The staff were courteous and helpful. They help plan out the activities and suggest nearby attractions to visit.

a gateway to old times
It was a great experience to stay at Vishlam cgh, we stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival we got a traditional grand welcome and drink. Even though we booked a normal room, it was almost like a suite. The room was clean and tidy. The staff guided us in visiting all the places near to it. We also experienced kolam making, village walk, cooking class. It was all world class. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chettinadu.

History revisited
My sister and I had a memorable stay at Visalam. The property fulfilled our desire to stay in a place where history and culture blended in along with a modern touch. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The food satisfied our taste buds. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
