property is a renovated one. inconvenience caused due to: * Lift operation is bad * Bathroom are getting bad odour * No hot water for shower * Bar is not accessible friendly * Don't have many options of liquor * Room Intercom is very bad connection. Worst place to stay. Terrible.. This cant be considered as a star hotel. Bath towel , its worst than a floor mat. Dirty bed linen. Night i called the Plumber to close the tap. Unclean bathroom. HORRIBLE place

The rooms and bathroom is not clean , their service is very slow and pathetic.While checking out we continusoly kept asking for help with the luggage but there was no response from them. Even during checkin which is already at 2:00pm they made us wait for long time.
