Inconvenience caused
property is a renovated one. inconvenience caused due to: * Lift operation is bad * Bathroom are getting bad odour * No hot water for shower * Bar is not accessible friendly * Don't have many options of liquor * Room Intercom is very bad connection. Things which feels satisfied: * Good Room service for in room Dining * Food is Good and at rates are affordable. * Excellent Breakfast.....

Excellent Stay
the location was good and very close to the city center with great accessibility to all good restaurants and 9kms away from the temple. The staff was very courteous and ensured that our stay was comfortable.

Worst place to stay. Terrible.. This cant be considered as a star hotel. Bath towel , its worst than a floor mat. Dirty bed linen. Night i called the Plumber to close the tap. Unclean bathroom. HORRIBLE place

1.very poor response from house keeping 2.The taxi provided through agency was very bad.The driver was to wait at parking after dropping us.Waited for 40 mins before he responded after several mobile calls.The hotel should have better service providers

Horrible stay... no professionalism in service.. rooms were dirty.. no proper actions, no towels in place... dirty lift... not value for money...

Poor Stay
The rooms and bathroom is not clean , their service is very slow and pathetic.While checking out we continusoly kept asking for help with the luggage but there was no response from them. Even during checkin which is already at 2:00pm they made us wait for long time.
