The room service is very poor and the staff are not cooperative and very poor facility.

lot of mosquitoes no proper cleanliness Heater not working properly this is my second time staying repeatedly faced the same issue every where mosquito mosquito no proper heater facility

Strictly okish.. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Lot of Mosquitoes in the room. Bed was good. AC worked fine. But could have cleaned the room better

The hotel is not safe for families. Some suspicious people loiter around the hotel asking unrelated questions. we did not feel safe. Also A/C was not working properly, bugs, walls need plastering water seepage. Bed sheets were not hygienic.

Nice location. Near to bus stand. Neat n clean rooms. Hotel staff also well behaved. Food also too good

No water supply was there in the toilet until i checkout the hotel by 3pm. I left the room as i was not able to have a bath

The property is right opposite to one of the busiest bus stop, and we can hear loud honks during late night if the room is facing roadside. The bathroom was clean but had no proper ventilation and the smoking smell prevails inside .

it's an above average stay in hotel. it has lift & car parking and very near by busstand and road. it has hotel in ground floor serves all vegetarian cuisine with good quality and taste.

Hotel is good to stay with family. You have restaurant at downstairs and the food is decent enough. Location is good

Full of mosquitoes, provided a mosquito device which never worked. Dirty bed with blood stains, dirty room. Had to wait for the guy at the reception for everything for a long time. Never will there be a person at the reception. Gives vague reasons. Please, do not recommend this place. Horrible.

rooms bed and blanket are not maintained neatly.. others customers are smoking near the staircase.. they restrict the smoking inside the hotel...

At least you guys can give a customer service number

it is the worst property I have ever seen. even after booking hotel management is denied to give the room and saying that rooms are not available. that was non refundable. it was about late night and we had no options left. We had to wait until 12 o'clock at midnight to get the room and that was not cleaned , not even bed sheets are changed. mosquitoes are also there.
