It's a decent stay but average services provided

Stay was good but there was no wifi

Location is good but amenties and services are poor very bad no proper breakfast

AC was not working at all in the hotel. AC filter was full of dust and the room didnt got cool at all

The stay was alright, considering the price charged, the lighting plays a major role in beautifying the images. Washrooms were clean. Staff behaviour was alright. Location was also good. There were restaurants around. Parking was only for few cars in front of the hotel

Toilet seat is broken and dirty, ac remote was not working, no towel available for bathroom, bed spread is dirty and have not washed.

Very good nice stay, but we have proplem for there is nearby no good restaurant, and also railway station to hotel very long distance

Actually we booked for 3 guests as a family room. But only they provided two member bedroom. If they can provide only two member sharing room only for this price tariff then why do they show list in 3 guest tariff. So, we faced a terrible experience of stay.

It was ok experience. It's a bit far from main bus stand. Nearby no proper and good restaurants. In my room red ants were their on floor and i'm furniture. Rooms are small. I paid 1200 per day for room apart from that it's ok

They will provide 2 nos to contact property and both will be out of use. You will never able to contact them. But once you encounter them, they will ask without any remorse why you have not contacted them. The receptionist is an irritating guy who doesn't know how to treat guests. Why these people step in to a business of hospitality? absolutely there is no restaurant attached with the lodge but they will book rooms with breakfast and dinner. No room service at all. Even a poorly maintained hostel is better. The only solace is the owner is good but he didn't understand what is going in his hotel. Poor and pols avoid

Very clean with car parking hotel very good customer support and service near by restaurant shopping one of the best hotel

The room and bathroom were decent. It was bit far away from the city center. So had to take auto if needed to go to bustand. Otherwise it's good

Room are spacious and good and clean. Ac was not working in the midnight. They can have better breakfast option when the rooms are booked including breakfast. The breakfast which they gave us was not tasty

Worst attitude receptionist, pungent smelling room, what ever number you call, no one will respond. No one is there for service as well. For the price we paid, it was a worst choice. Don't book the hotel by seeing the images. Avoid

Ver bad experience… no hot water, water from tap was stinking, hotel people were asking to cancel and book directly

The basement hotel was closed and food was not available. Tea and coffee available.
