Hotel Sugam

We booked for 6 persons but they provided bed for 4 persons only.. When we asked for extra bed they simply said its not available. No flexibility in check in and check out.. Parking space is very less. Also person in reception is very rude and dont even try to answer questions

To be improved the Ac and wash room to be cleaned, but that hotel owner was very kind person

the place had noice issues and the room was cleaned but the bedspread was not good or worn out ac was not functioning as intended The place is not convenient for elderly

It's a comfortable stay. The room is spacious and has necessary utilities. The person in reception was very friendly and helpful. Car parking is a bit difficult but manageable

Pols ignore this hotel. Totally different. Bathroom like common bus stand. No towels. Room was very worst. Bed like a stone slap.

Situated in main place of karaikudi koviloor street, near old bus stand. Opp annapurna hotel. Superb vegetarian hotel, connected to several places of visit. Hats off to make my trip com and it's team work.

Room is good with all the amenities but there is no phone available to contact reception. We need to get down every-time through lift for contacting reception. Water is not provided in room which is basic necessities.

Not at all clean. Very avg. We were traveling from chennai to kanyakumari so had to take a break and opted this for one night. I don't recommend this to family
