# Hygiene The biggest highlight of this hotel is its hygiene. Being a new property, everything feels spotless and fresh. Bed sheets and towels were changed every single day, and even the bucket, stool, and kettle were perfectly clean. For families with kids, this level of cleanliness gives complete peace of mind. ### Food Breakfast was excellent in both taste and variety. The restaurant food was also very good, and they even prepared medium spicy dishes on request, which is rare in Madurai. Plus, Parvati Bhavan restaurant nearby is also great for delicious food. ### Convenience Extending the booking was smooth and hassle-free. The staff are amazing, very caring, and ensure guests are comfortable. While the hotel is not very close to the Meenakshi Temple, autos are available anytime, making travel easy. With hygiene, tasty food, caring staff, and good convenience, you can book this hotel without a second thought. I am definitely going to book here for my second visit and honestly cannot think of staying anywhere else. Thank you for comfortable stay.

Overrated/ Poor complimentary BF / overall average stay
Found it through MMT, Overrated, poor complimentary BF, they would ve say no Complimentary BF Instead of serving worst . It won’t worth for even Rs.25. Maggi noodles s one among the dishes. Poor maintenance of bedspread stink/Stain and smell like unwashed. Room full of spiderwebs and dust.

Here’s a 200-word review of your stay at Hotel Avenue 11, Madurai from 31st July to 1st August 2025: I stayed at Hotel Avenue 11, Madurai with my family from 31st July to 1st August 2025, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to Meenakshi Temple and other key landmarks in the city, which made sightseeing very convenient. The hotel itself was neat, clean, and well-maintained. Rooms were tidy, with fresh linen and a comfortable ambiance. What stood out most during our stay was the staff – very courteous, polite, and always ready to help. Whether it was assistance with directions, room service, or local information, their support was truly appreciable and added to the comfort of our stay. However, there are a couple of areas where the hotel can improve. The food variety was limited, especially in the breakfast spread, which could definitely use more options. A bit more attention to the quality and range of dishes would make a big difference in the overall experience, especially for guests staying with families or for longer durations. In conclusion, Hotel Avenue 11 offers a great stay in terms of location, cleanliness, and staff behavior. With some enhancements in the food department, it can become one of the best choices in Madurai.

Property facilities are excellent and as advertised. The room and bathroom was neat and clean. staff was courteous and breakfast was tasty. we went to visit the temple and it was a little distance away, which is a drawback.

Avenue11 was closer to the main road connecting heart of city and new bus stand. Convenient location. Property and rooms were good, clean and new. Food was average and only in advance ordering. I would rate services as average.

Good Stay
Good location, ample parking and smooth check in process. Booked a family room with two king size double beds and it was spacious. The property and room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and full of varieties.
