Got exactly what I hoped for in a solo stay. Staff was attentive and room felt secure. Would definitely recommend to others.

We booked with breakfast option. When we reached at first they told rooms not available. We showed the make my trip confirmation message. Then they didnot give the prescribed room or even breakfast. Not even mineral water. No parking space. Very untidy rooms. Very horrible experience

More dust in room and no blanket, TV is not recharge dth, very far from main place. So we need to spend for travel. New staff.

I am very disappointed with Oyo for providing such a terrible accommodation. The room was small, very smelly, poor washrooms, no hot water. Personally I am not happy with the stay.

I had paid in advance for the breakfast, but there was no breakfast available and the hotel did not return the money back. Extra bed not available even though Oyo allows to book for three in one room, but the beds are too small for three people and there were no extra beds provided by the hotel.

This is the worst expensive Oyo room I have booked till now in terms of room and service. I have booked it for two days, I got delay for some to check-in to the hotel. My room was allotted to some other person. I was told to wait for a half-hour for it to get the new room. I waited patiently even if it was not my fault. Later, I was told to pay extra money to get a room by the receptionist. When I questioned about that the receptionist was very arrogant and unrespectful. He said to me to do whatever you want, but you wouldn't get a room unless you pay the extra amount. It expensive in terms of facilities and cleanliness of the room. The bathrooms are in very bad condition. I would recommend to stay in this hotel unless you don't have any option.

I booked 2 rooms and as per the description, TV and AC was supposed to be working. When asked, they took some time and turned on the AC but TV was not working. In one room geyser was not working. The cupboard was broken in one room, overall okay.
