bathroom was not hygienic. There was waste under the cot. And no towels were provided. They had kept it dirty.

The room and the toilet were not clean and smelling bad. Even the bed spread and bed sheets were not clean. The staff’s were good, they changed the bed spread and cleaned the toilet per our request.

Rooms not cleaned properly. Floor was dusty. Looks like someone stayed earlier. Bathroom was dirty. Not maintained properly

Exorbitant price for a crap room with just AC. Poor service. Only 3 cars can be parked and that too on the road. No restaurant. It’s like road side dormant with lift and AC

Room service and cleaning poor. Black towel not giving good presence. Overall it's ok. Bathroom and wash basin not properly cleaned.

Good location, not so clean rooms, courteous staff, need to keep the bathrooms and closet very neat. Beds are torn, worn out, bed sheets has so many stains, unclean walls

Good stay. Staff are polite. Neat and friendly hotel. Good veg and non veg hotels are nearby for foodies

Smelly rooms. The mirror had a bindi of previous guest. The hotel staff had not cleaned those as well. The bathroom was bad. Do not recommend

There was no food. The pillow was very flat. Each pillow white cover looked different. A single, but small, blanket was provided. Bathroom toilet hoses looked very old and dirt.

Bedsheets are cleaned, but there are marks on bedsheet. Bathroom is ok ok. Ac is better. If they provide new bedsheets that will be good. Overall it's fine.

The pictures of room are entirely different Cupboards are broken. The room is stinky. Bed sheets are not wasted properly

The hotel is located on the main road, which is a bit closer to the meenakshi amman temple. This helped us to. Comute to temple. The staff are not so supportive and we got only warm water. You can't expect hot water in this facility.

One night stay. Rooms are good. Ac is good. Ventilation is fine. Cleanliness acceptable. Only road side parking.

Reception staffs are not cooperating with guests who booked and behaved worst. I don’t recommend pkn.

Location is good but service is very poor and staffs are non cooperative. I will not recommend pkn to anyone

The hotel is in good location but the facility is not worth for the payment. I booked through makemytrip for a family stay of 4, but they provided a room with two single beds and they provided one additional single mattress only. I had to pay for another mattress for my 2 night stay at that hotel. They didn't provide bedsheets even, when asked the room boy said once delivered from laundry it will be supplied, but until next day evening they did not provide any. I put my request again to have the same. I raised a support ticket through makemytrip on the same day i arrive in hotel but they reached out to me after 24 hours to say that is depend the hotel to provide bed or not, i was surprised as my booking was for 4 guests (3adults +1 child) and the payment is for 4 for 2nights.

Non supportive front office people. Room was not properly groomed. Pillow cover not washed. Over all bad experience.

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, when it had a fabulous look and well kept amenities. It looks terrible now, due to poor maintenance. Although the rooms are clean, the hotel needs renovation and upkeep.

Not well maintained rooms, room service is pathetic, no proper hospitality. Not recommended to list in makemytrip.
