Ambience of the hotel is not good as shown in mmt.....hotel is not worth for the amount charged

When I arrived at 11 PM with my wife, the hotel denied my confirmed booking and gave the room to someone else. We were left stranded at midnight. For the Rs.3000/day they charge, facilities are very poor: AC not working, bathroom not clean, extra bed not provided, and no response from reception. Very irresponsible and unprofessional behavior from the hotel staff. Totally unsafe for families. Not recommended at all.

The properties well maintained and the staffs were court. The morning breakfast was decent. Good one for business stay.

I’m a regular customer who stays with family once in 3 months and this time we had a very terrible experience with room which didn’t have a mirror , not proper working Flush gun, bathroom door lock was not working moreover a humans basic necessity is water however we need to call room service atleast 5 -6 times for water bottles and finally we had to purchase a bottle. Lastly please do have your payment gateways organised every time you can’t expect customers to have cash or do debit payments and why is that your swiping machine doesn’t work. Overall I didn’t expect such a horrible service when we pay more than what other hotels are charging us for much cheaper than your hotel. Hope you will address this ASAp so your future customers enjoy hassle free stay. Thanks

Location of the hotel is easy to access. Meenatch Amman temple is about 4 km and auto rickshaw is 200 rupees to the temple front gate. Rooms are clean with basic amenities and there is a famous anjappar restaurant just next to the hotel. Hot water and electric kettle is available but only the aircon is not functioning properly. Overall good for a night stay.

Overall experience was average, the restroom has poor flush buttons, the room was a 2 bedroom but a third bed was put in the same room hence there was no space to sit properly and the overall vibe was gloomy, food was decent

My 2 year old kid, my pregnant wife, mother in law and me ; all got food poisoning by eating at the hotel restaurant. My kid lost weight and we noticed cockroach in food. It’s pathetic . Won’t book this hotel ever again not recommend to anyone. My life was hell for a week to recover all. Everyone was on antibiotics. Thanks for the hotel management as they did nothing about it and not even apologies.

hotel has to be renovated, air-conditioning poor. too much mosquito mattress was good. not good for money

a/c wasnt working at capacity. it was very feeble. had to turn on fan to sleep. hotel mechanic told thats how it works when there is less occupancy !!

This is a vintage hotel in the heart of the city 10 min from temple and other main attractions. The age shows but staff and service is very nice and they do their best to maintain it well. Adjoining food options are good, and hotel provides good south indian breakfast in their own restaurant.

The hotel is good, friendly staff and overall facilities provided are decent. It is centrally air conditioned, buffet breakfast is of good quality.

Rooms were ok & bathrooms were average. But improper service like ac was not working even after paying for ac rooms. Overall average experience.

Good hotel for family stay. I stay for one day. Good morning breakfast. Parking and lift facility available. Hot water is not that much hot.

I have been staying with this hotel since 2014. Nice spacious room but washroom and towel, linen quality needs to be improved. It's not dirty but neither fresh also. Not sure if the rooms allocated makemytrip customer are not upto the mark
