poor and unprofessional management,hotel boys are sitting in lobby asking many time in mrng and evng which room which room. no professionality no hospitality,while talking chewing tobacco kind of stuff. felt kind of scam,booked my stay via makemytrip and added break fast when I reached and asked brkfst time the guy in reception said hotel do not provides any food service you need get from outside. room are may be ok but wash room condition is to dirty. there was no drinking water provided which is basic need. I needed assistance from manager after my work by evng around 7:30. I needed him to communicate with my HR team over call, I was standing in lobby holding on call your manager was sleeping inside in some room as hotel boy said. manager so raha hai,apko raat me baat karega. disgusting behavior.

Every description about this property is fake. It can't be a company managed property. The best we can say about it is 'simply terrible'.

Such a worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Doesn’t suit for all except few guests

This is a review about the hotel, which is situated in Madurai. Name is super Hotel O. The location is 4 km away from the railway station First thing you will not be able to find this hotel easily because there is no sign board about this, we had to ask few people about the location of the hotel to reach Second thing there is no lift and the hotel starts from first floor and to go to other floors. There is no lift, so it’s rubbish. If you are having luggage, then you’re gone. Third thing this Hotel is not recommended at all for the business travellers because the things are so casual here, no professionalism at all I am giving two marks to this Hotel out of five, just because it is newly built, and the ambience of the rooms is good space for luggage and spacious rooms for one person In toiletries, they just given a soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no toothbrush, no shaving kit, no hand towel, no water bottle, they just had a jug and a dirty glass that too a plastic glass. There is only one Tubelight in the room, although there are points for several lights, but there is no bulb in them. So either you on that light or off that light, that’s it. Also, if you want to switch on the light, you have to go to the door, there is no two way switch so that you can switch on and off from your bed, so it is highly inconvenient. This hotel is not recommended for business travellers. It is a casual meeting place for a couples.

Yeah it's was nice ambience

Very nice rooms Staff was very good and helpful

Firstly there was no board stating the name of the hotel, then we had to climb a long flight of stairs to get to the hotel itself, room provided to us was very small (1) of them. After repeated requests next day at 7pm they shifted us to a bigger room Then toiletries like brush n paste and tissue paper in toilet we're not provided, after repeated requests a soap was given. Towels were provided next evening. Total overall ambience was nil

Even after registering for the accommodation, no mobile number was given to contact. If contacted after registering, they speak only in Hindi. The hotel management has registered differently and the company is different, so there is a lot of communication gap.

Good hotel, neat clean rooms & washroom, nice and helpful staff, only a little bit of language issue but we managed. only worry was no lift.

place was good rooms are clean. but we can't check in before 12 o clock. There is some water issue. early check in not at all possible and they are tied with OYO can't able to connect directly to hotel.. I have suffered a lot when I reach there with my family to early check in.

it's now oyo room with name Ss towers. newly constructed, well cleaned rooms. budget friendly.. my family and me like it..
