It’s terrible to stay in the hotel. At the same time the person in the reception is also very arrogant towards us. With no reason she started yelling on our family members since we are standing infront of her desk. There is no one in the line waiting for her too. She asked us to sit in thr sofa but we did not, because we were driving for 10 hours on that day so we told her that we cannot sit and we would like to stand until my work finishes there with her. She started yelling on our family members to sit and even the management did not question her. After handovering the room also they took a decision to make us vacate the rooms u turn again to allow us to stay in the hotel. We booked three rooms for 8 adults and 3 children.

The charges paid were to exorbitant. For that price one could get a hotel like Courtyard or Sterling. The room was full of mosquitos, not cleaned properly, the hotel is too old. Food quality and service was very poor. The room service was not upto the mark. and TV was not working properly

You vuys made me sit on road for 1hr and finally i got my own booking throught them for 60% price i paid to you

Good property, centrally located. Polite staff, clean rooms. Food can be better

We as a family of 5 (Myself, Spouse with 1.5 year old kid and my elderly parents) checked-in around 12 mid night . We have travelled from Chennai and just think of the tiredness we all have at that midnight. The receptionist was asking aadhar card for each and everyone of us. We shared aadhar cards of 3 members Myself, Spouse and my fathers. He was still asking my mother's aadhar card and making us wait for around 10 minutes. Why can't he agree with the 3 aadhar documents? And considering the age atleast he could have allowed us to check-in and told to submit the aadhar card the next morning right? Why this hospitalality is missing and when I told that we can't find her aadhar card the receptionist was like sorry sir that's the procedure and we need her aadhar card for sure. This statement was actually so strict. I lost my temper and was explaining in a bit harsh tone and only after that he agreed. Is this the way they treat and this is the hospitality they will provide? I have told all my friends and relatives and suggested them not to stay there

Hotel was very luxurious, very cleanly maintained, family loved the stay as well, very courteous staff, amazing coffee, I highly recommend hotel thangam grand!!

we booked 3 standard AC rooms for our family, it was almost midnight when we reached to hotel. they casually say they have only 2 rooms available, and another one given to someone else, and asked us to manage with one non AC room. we had a family with childrens, and they have taken granted and left u.

Cleanliness of bathroom pathetic, now at clinic to treat TOILET ITCHING due to your unhygienic toilet seat and germ friendly maintenance of the baths

Extremely dirty hotel and rooms. passage carpet not cleaned since years. there was dust all over the passage and room also not cleaned. No toilet paper roll, no hand towel. AC cooling very poor. I will not stay again. I will not even pay 2000 for this hotel against which they charge double. Bedsheets had stains. I stayed on 1st floor and once you open the curtains board blocks the view

The rooms are well maintained and the service is excellent. The location just beside the bye pass road and for big advantage for guys travelling by road. Even the temple is also just 10 mins away

Hotel is not maintaining hygiene.

Badly average. The food was good, cleanliness was terrible, front office person was adamant not to provide bedsheet for driver.

It was a good spacious hotel with nice cutey view, the swimming pool is not a depth one, it's hardly 3 feet depth, although everything was good

Horrible stay, ac in the room was not working, the bathroom tap was broken. Very poor ambience and experience. During dinner when i went to restaurant, nobody came and attended.

Had a bad experience, no proper security, washrooms are not that clean, no service boy available. Price 5k is too high

The rooms were okay while the bed sheets linen’s were not good, and the food was not at all good we had to change entire linen and their menu of breakfast was not at all great, including the taste
