Dwarka Palace

I had booked breakfast for this trip.Nothing was provided by them as they said restaurant is closed. Not even tea . I paid for it this was total cheating.

Only location is good. Room was not worth the expense. The mattress and bathroom were not very clean. Could see leftovers from previous guests. Staff were difficult to find. The restaurant was also very low key. No professionals running the show.

The room is bigger and the restroom is also equally bigger. It is ok for a marriage/ wedding group. But we should not expect it as a hotel room. Since there's no other go we take breakfast and not a worthy food. More mosquito. The good comment is ample parking and front ambience.

it's not a hotel it's a marriage Hall having few rooms not suitable for family breakfast is a waste.. no lock inside the room, so any one can open with a key at any time. not safe It's not a hotel, not safe for families, rooms don't have lock from inside, so any one can open the door with a key any time. There is no service. Even water bottle also not given in room. Nobody can take proper responsibility.

Property is good, but very poor service. I asked to arrange a taxi to the railway station but they didn't. we asked for bottle drinking water but didn't provide the same. They didn't change the bedsheet and clean the room once in our three days stayed

Property is ok but there was hardly any employee to serve, only one lady at reception who was handling reception as well bringing water in room. Also we checked in mid night & no one was responding on hotel phone for water bottle. Services are very poor

We 7persons stayed for one night in 3Rooms.Rooms are precious and it has massive car parking area.But worst staff.First of all only two staff are there.The parson at reception does not know how to behave.He was treating us like beggars as we have come to stay free.While checking out he denied to provide boy to take our loggage to car.Worst staff behaviour ever I found in a hotel.

Staying is pleasant. Parking facilities are good. Rooms are very clean.

This is not a hotel; it's a marriage palace that only focuses on event guests. I called and asked for an early check-in, and they told me it would cost an additional 500 INR, but upon arrival, they asked for 1000 INR, which I paid. Even though we are two people, they only provided one towel and a basic kit (toothbrush, soap, shampoo).

Rooms very luxury we feel glass house and restaurant food also good, service also excellent, we feel palace house

The property is still under construction with lots of dust and no cleanliness around. The staff was not helpful and asked us to pay 1000 rupees extra for reaching the hotel at 11 am and their check in time was 12 noon. Most hotels are cooperative in this regard. There was no one else staying at the hotel and there were no cars in the parking lot which made us feel unsafe as well as travellers. It was a weird experience. The food took hours to to be made as well.
