Chakkra Grand

We traveled from Maharashtra, so we were initially concerned about language barriers and food preferences. Despite our food concerns, the meals provided were excellent in taste and quality, and we genuinely enjoyed them. The rooms were very well maintained, with clean bedsheets and a pleasant ambience. The amenities offered were well managed and added to our comfort throughout the stay. Hospitality was truly commendable the team made us feel welcomed and taken care of at all times. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Staff was very friendly, however, the room was not worth the price. Bed sheets and pillow cover had rust stain. The door’s deadbolt was not locking properly as the lock was not aligned properly with the door frame. There was no safe locker in the room either. Drinking water provided in room was not a sealed bottle. It was Chakra Grand’s own bottle filled with their water. Despite asking for a sealed mineral water bottle, the hotel refused to provide even when I was willing to pay for the water bottle.

Plus points: Location is ok because residential street so peaceful and good breakfast. Room is big, clean and well furnished. Some negatives are: limited parking space, food limited selection, weak WiFi and bathroom was stinging even though it was clean. Overall stay was Ok.

Me and my husband stsyed in this jotel for two nights. we had a pleasant stay. The staff ftom reception to the canteen were excellent. They have been so polite and helpful. The breakfast has been so tasty. The room was too spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would love to have a pleasant stay in Madurai. Thank you all the staff for being so good to us❤️❤️

Clean rooms with scrumptious breakfast. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We received timely responses. Kitchen is on the opposite building and it operates as a cloud kitchen. All orders are to be placed 30 min ahead as prep time. 15 min to Madurai Meenakshi temple. Kudos to the team in Chakkra Grand. We will be glad to visit again.

​We had a truly wonderful stay! The hotel ambience was so clean and welcoming, and the entire staff provided excellent hospitality. The rooftop pickleball court was the "cherry on top" of an already perfect experience—a really unique and fun feature!

New property neat and clean. good location. cool staffs food was ok.over all good. price is not high.

The accommodation was ok .. but dusty secondly there was no parking at the hotel cars had to be parked 1 km away.. it was difficult considering I had 2 seniors citizens and kids along with me there was not lunch or dinner in house we were asked to go out on face

The hotel is very neat and clean. the rooms are very big for the price.. it's easily accessible. The staff is very polite and friendly.. Food is excellent and be on time for fresh food.. surprisingly they cleaned the car in the morning which is no one offering. overall it's a very good property to stay in madurai

we had a very pleasant stay. the staffs were friendly and supportive. Had good breakfast and serving care make us feel as guest. they do not have full time restaurant. so, the menu is limited for dinner and lunch. that is not an issue for city like Madurai, where we have several options.

The Hotel is a pretty decent one, the service was very excellent and complimentary breakfast had a good spread. The location is not so far from the city Centre and it's a recently opened hotel
