Dear Guest, We would like to reply on your feedback , we are budget hotel and we dont have parking in our hotel , and we have mentioned parking. also you did not enter our rooms as you have not filled our formalities but your feedback stating Dirty Rooms , Moreover you have just asked parking space since we explained our facility you have walked out of our premises. No discussion with any our staff or owner for Refund , we waited for you and then we reported No show and charged as per policy.

Dear Sir, We have Enquired with our staff on your scenario , we have taken the clear incident that you have bought a visitor from Overseas and took them direct to your room without CForm Enrollment , Local police had seen your visitor and suspected , they enquired to reception and found that your visitor was entered unregistered so as a safety measures police had to bring your visitor and collect her ID Proof , please advise how our Hotel will be liable for this incident , please do not give false statement , our hotel is just at prime location and we are more safe and secured hotel as we follow proper protocols.

Since our hotel is budget hotel not luxury like chain hotel for the rate which was collected we provide set menu for the breakfast from our cloud kitchen Since we dont have restaurant with us. So coffee / Tea all Excempted from the set menu. we do have Butler service if you want beverages like coffee/ Tea our staff are ready to help by arranging with extra cost.

as per the given Description our room inclusing bathrooms are 120 Sq Feet , we are surprise to see many feedback found staff are very humble and honesty in handling guest but in your feedback its reciprocal. and we have very clearly listed in all online channel stating that we don't have reserved parking facilities also we don't have restaurant at all and we do served complimentary breakfast through our cloud kitchen.
