The hotel stay was excellent and premium for the price. The breakfast was also super. Everyone stays at this hotel.

Room - 5 Stars Was as good as advertised, Booked the quad room with 2 King beds, perfect for a small family. We stayed with 3 adults and a toddler. Food - I'd give 4/5, nothing wrong, but all dishes were ok ish. Amenities - Perfect 5 Stars, Car parking, 24/7 security & reception. Helped me a lot since I had to check-in at around 2 AM, Hotel team had no issues and kept my room ready, and followed up with me for check in. Location was great, would definitely choose to stay again, worth the price.

Fantastic rooms, very clean and very friendly and cooperative staff. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Madurai and doesn't mind being 4km away from the temple!

3.5 * Location is ok, cleanliness is ok, chk in, chk out all satisfactory....But for business travellers no proper facilities to work on laptops, scribbling, no proper power points, no tea/coffee pouches and mugs though a kettle was available....Front desk Team responds well but looks like some training required to keep everything ready before putting the guests in..... With these improvements it's ok property for a day's stay....

Hotel staff was very courteous. We reached early morning and they gave us the rooms with minimum charges. Rooms were neat and clean.

Hotel was good breakfast was good but bit far from temple and railway station. Room given to us was small and price of 4k was too high

Located among-st good veg and non veg resturants. Meenakshi amman temple is 20 mins away. The hotel had clean toilets and sheets.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was cooperative. The bathroom was good. All the amenities were good. Only drawback is the non availability of regular restaurant. They are providing food from outside. breakfast was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room lacked basic necessities like toilet paper and glasses. The bed sheets were dirty and even had ants crawling on them. The towel provided was filthy, which made the stay feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff was polite and helpful, but unfortunately, their efforts couldn’t make up for the poor room conditions. This hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness and attention to basic guest needs.
