    it's a very cheap hotel, since was booking through makemyyrip was confident to br good but disappointed. the rooms were stinging bad due to drainage, water was always leaking..used bedsheets , rooms not broomed at all, no house keeping ...it's not for family and friends..it's a lodge

No discussion with any our staff or owner for Refund , we waited for you and then we reported No show and charged as per policy.

    Disappointing stay at MSP Grand Inn, Madurai

    I had a misfortune of staying at HOTEL MSP GRAND INN madurai their website ,the hotel apperance and room was promising,to my surprise the amenities fell short of my expectations. We had booked 3 rooms for my family ,my parents and my sister on 15 Sept 2024 They don't have their own parking and they are least bothered about providing the same.We have to park our car on the side of busy road at our own risk. Reception is at 2nd floor, we have to use a cramped elevator which has twin door . We have to request their staff to assist taking the luggage from our car. Reception area and passage leading to rooms are congested. Worst part of the room is toilet. All the 3toilets were cheap graded , leaky sanitary fittings, damaged mirror, ac drain connected to toilet floor, one of the toilet even shown the plumbing patches . In my wardrobe they had kept left over blankets, pillows etc. Extra bed was kept on the passage. For this extra bed ,they said they will charge extra 300- If you are planning to visit Madurai don't ever dare book rooms in this hotel for your family. I pathetic rooms, which seems to be inhumane. The two plus point is the location, and they breakfast they served. To add with this , the break fast they served seems to be ordered via online food delivery app. Regards Amjath

    Dear Sir, We have Enquired with our staff on your scenario , we have taken the clear incident that you have bought a visitor from Overseas and took them direct to your room without CForm Enrollment , Local police had seen your visitor and suspected , they enquired to reception and found that your visitor was entered unregistered so as a safety measures police had to bring your visitor and collect her ID Proof , please advise how our Hotel will be liable for this incident , please do not give false statement , our hotel is just at prime location and we are more safe and secured hotel as we follow proper protocols.
