We changed 2 rooms frst they gave us uncleaned room then they changed other room where water is not available after a long tired journey we took our luggages and changed two rooms

restaurant, there is no working restaurant. it is a glamorised lodging poor service

Horrible hospitality no proper response congested area with no proper parking

Rooms were not ready even after 4pm. We had to wait after arrival for rooms to be cleaned. Steps are steep making it difficult for elderly. Rooms were clean. Overall experience is average.

No food no Cleaning it is a haunted house it is not as per standard of the Hotel

AC, TV are working and rooms are clean. no food accommodation but you can find shops in walkable distance. less than 100m from main road. Good in budget.

Not good . I will give 2 out of 5. Poor service by hotel management. I have booked based on rating but in reality that won't exist. I request you to please degrade based on service. It is worthable for Rs 1500.

food is good, bath kit was not upto standard, brush and towel were provided by default. we got them later that too 2 brush and 2 towel in total. can improve the service

Stay was good, neat rooms but bathroom fittings were very old and needed maintainance. Another drawback was there is no sunlight coming in or natural light. Stay was descent for that price. Staff are good, locality is good breakfast was okay.

It was an average stay at chakkra only because breakfast was good. Otherwise, room bedsheets and beddings were not clean. In terms of cleanliness it was below average.

Good stay and good complimentary breakfast. Could provide essentials like bathing soap and shampoo. Bathing water is hard.
