Slow service, No hot water,TV not working, worest washroom, AC slowly working

Bathroom is very akward and dirty smell with mosquitoes. there is no flesh tank. dusty tables TV not working. Filter of AC is not at all cleaned from the day you boughtand and the A C is blocked with dust. can't even close the window . the curtain is brocken and fallen down. Blancket and bedsheet is having a bad odour. There is insects hidden in bed. Everyone of us was suffering with sneezing and itching.

The stay was very comfortable and it was quite close to important spots in Madurai Central.

Room hygiene is very bad. Cleaning and room property is not up to the standard.

I booked the 3 non AC rooms for my family, rooms are congested and the main point is all bathroom windows are broken...they are open and it doesn't feel free to bathe...and we cover the bathroom window cloths, room doesn't have the basic facilities that they are mentioned....like television etc

This time the stay was good. The room was good the toilet 🚽 was clean . The staff attitude was very nice

I encountered some challenges during my recent stay that I feel are important to share. There were significant maintenance and safety issues that required attention, particularly concerning electrical concerns. Additionally, I found that the demeanor of the receptionist was less than welcoming, which impacted my overall experience. I believe addressing these matters could enhance future guests' experiences. The hotel is located very close to Aravind eye Hospital. The staff were hospitable.

Property located in prime location but no cleanliness in room.Toilet flush not working,mirror is rusted and not able to see face properly.Also mosquito bites,no hot water.overall the stay is not pleasant.

Stayed here for 1 night during my trip to Madurai. Hotel location was good, however overall stay was below average. Rooms were old, furniture was old and broken, bathroom condition was below average.

dirty , unclean , un maintained rooms. Bathrooms are so dirty , dilapidated and rusted fittings. Hot water comes only from morning 6 am . Cupboards are with out proper hinges , no hangers and locks . Cleartrip should not list these type of properties

the hotel was the worst u ever lived in. the first room that they showed me had a dressing mirror which was completely obsolete and hazy. nothing could be seen on it. then they showed a room, which had cockroaches everywhere, thus making it impossible to stay in there. then they finally showed a room which i had to settle with. the bathroom had water leakages, the water coming from the main tap was too less. i was told the hot water will be available only from 6:30 am onwards. . however i still didnot receive any hot water the next day. the bathroom was not cleaned properly. there were hairs left in the bathroom, probably from the use by the last guests who lived there. the bed also had hairs on it. the elevator is so old and shits within 2 seconds of opening making it difficult for us to enter. overall horrible as it can get.

Really the room s good. Air conditioned very well. But the rest room was really horrible. No hot water.

It was a trouble stay at this hotel. The facility and neatness was very poor. It's like a local lodge or even worse.

Parking is tight and there are few insects in the room. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Overall a decent place to stay

The stay was terrible, the rooms was not clean, the bathroom doors was damaged and mag-or thing was ac not working and more over you are charging 700 more than current rate. Really pathetic
