It’s good hotel to stay in Madurai . Budget friendly and food was good , good service.. location is near railway station.

The stay was amazing and their food also good ..the location is centre of the city tats too easy for all main temples

My experience at Saratha Rajans was just excellent. The behaviour of the manager and staff was very much appealing, rooms were well maintained and descent. The restaurant was just awesome. We had tried both veg and non veg items all were well prepared and tasty. Overall experience was very good. I will surely recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives and for providing me with a extraordinary and very appreciative hotel

We had a excellent stay, property was clean and location was good had a proper restaurant with good South Indian meal but the complimentary breakfast was ok as there was no one to attend, the toilet was clean and the rooms are family friendly

The food served was very bad. it is not fresh hot . not taste at all. The food was old TThe food was old The room was ok, but for clogging in the bathroom which was rectified. But the food quality was awful. In dosa the oil smelled stinky. In the morning complementary breakfast, all the food items were served cold, including coffee.. The negative remark is mainly for the bad quality of food.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The hotel staff was well behaved and went out of the way to allocate a bigger room to us along with free cot bed which was of very good quality. Breakfast was complimentary to us and was quite elaborate. Overall, we had very good stay with kids and would highly recommend it.

I stayed along with my family members in two rooms from 26-05-2025 to 29-05-2025. The receptionist immediately provided the room keys after completing the initial formalities. morning complementary breakfast is excellent. Madurai is known place to me and as there was no difficulty for me to locate the hotel. required number of kits soap, dental kit, shaving kit were not furnished. on request only they furnished. there was no provision for manual car washing. otherwise the stay is wonderful at the instance of makemytrip

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room and washroom were nice and well-kept, and the location is excellent—right in the middle of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It’s also a plus that the hotel provides parking. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes at night, which was a bit bothersome. Hopefully, the hotel can take some steps to address this issue. That said, considering the price, it’s a good value-for-money option and a solid choice for a short city stay.

old hotel been altered but still the smell you to change they changed the room but they are not changed the bed and bed cover bed spread and all even the bathroom accessories you can feel till that hold someone because of the bed and other things. food quality worst worst worst

The property was super amazing. The room was beautiful and it was a large room. The facilities like kettle etc were nice. It was clean and hygienic.

Good clean rooms ... hospitality was also good. Wanted to go to GH and Meenakshi amman Kovil... the hotel was accessible to both and located in the centre of town

Room service and breakfast was good.

Stay was super. Its a 3 star hotel and they maintained it very well. The hotel is in the heart of the city . All tourist places are easily accessible. Meenakshi amman temple is 2.5 km distance . Food is extremely good. Parking area is there but its small . We can park our car there. I own a big vehicle even though the parking is small i could manage to park there itself.
