Did not like the room was not clean.The bathroom had no latch and the room was so small and dirty.The hotel itself was not maintained properly

The room air conditioners are in very poor condition and do not cool the room at all. The staff are extremely rude and even become confrontational when complaints are raised.

bad experience their were mosquitoes all over the room we had to wait for 2 hours just for extra mattress , pillow and blanket .

property location okay, bed not comfortable for family, food is veg and non veg is having mix kitchen so we not use the food request to MMT Please also create option for only veg hotel it's so uncomfortable for a vegitarian person to adjust

location was good, on main road, but amenities were not up to the mark, toilet seat got broken, lift not working, ac not working, water supply was not proper.

I really liked the check in policy. I reached Madurai at 4 30am, hotels check in time was 12 noon. They accommodated my request and allowed me to check in for a small extra fee.

no proper communication (language) ac was on but not cooling room was not cleaned n smelling bad inside wi fi was not connecting )restaurant heavy charges for basic foods I paid too much for a night location was known to public n autoriskshaw was struggling to get to your hotel overall I never turn back to this or suggest anyone for this bad hotel

Room is very poor. Very small. washrooms are not clean and filled with webs. AC is not working properly. Car parking is there. overall not recommended for a family stay.

Overall good hotel. Very good breakfast and cooperating staff. Room size is fine. Outer look of hotel is excellent. Bath rooms have somewhat less space and don't look good because of black floor and walls.
