very nicVery neat and big rooms. Service is also good. Location was also good. very clean rooms and bathrooms. had a great time for two days with family. Parking space is also good. Swiggy and Zomato services are available easily. Overall stay was awesome.e newly constructed hotel.

Hotel surag residency bed is too small. A/c not working properly in all the rooms so that uncomfortable to stay. All A/c should be removed and new one to be replaced. Fan running slowly, there is no regulator Knob. Toilet flush working slowly. There is no car parking, Need to park outside under tree. Due to slight rain, car fully covered with dirty water. It took one hour to clean the car. Totally not satisfied to stay there.

Everything was good. The only thing i did not like is. They did not give us spoons or plates. Even when asked.

It was peaceful stay. Staff were very kind enough to wake up in the midnight and do the needful. They also acted very quickly when there was no water in the early morning. Rooms were neat enough. I recommend this stay for the budget.

HMost of the rooms have cockroach infestations. I requested a room change, but the new room also had the same issue. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the toilets were not cleaned properly
