Subject: Complaint & Refund Request – Hotel Sabreesh Plaza, Room 201
I stayed at Hotel Sabreesh Plaza (Room No. 201) with my husband and 1.5-year-old child. The room was extremely unhygienic – full of mosquitoes and bedbugs, which badly bit us, including my baby. When my husband raised this issue through intercom, the reception cut the call. Later, when he personally requested either a room change or at least mosquito repellant/spray, the receptionist rudely refused, saying, “I can’t do anything. When I gave you the room, there were no issues. You are wasting your time at midnight.” He then ignored further requests.
We somehow managed to pass the night and checked out the next morning around 10 AM. I am attaching photos and videos as proof.
I request you to take two actions:
2. Re-issue my refund, as the room was completely unhygienic, unsafe for a child, and the hotel staff was irresponsible and rude.
This experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable.
