All staff are highly friendly, polite, simple and helpful. My family prefer any future stay will be at JC Residency only. Our wishes to all staff of JCR. An Exceptional Hotel Stay Our recent JC Residency stay was truly exceptional, defined by its excellent ambiance and courteous staff. The JC Residency's atmosphere was inviting and luxurious, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. This is a beautiful JC Residency in the heart of Madurai city.The unique one I found in this JC Residency is the exquisite wooden works and the fabulous wooden carvings expressing Tamil culture.This JC Residency is neat and well maintained.The reception staff were courteous and friendly and restaurant staff were were kind enough to provide us a late night dinner after prior information. The food was OK and the complimentary breakfast was not bad.Anyway it is a good JC Residency to recommend to others.

We had a booking for the executive room and got upgraded to the Heritage room. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were extremely sweet, and we would definitely come back here. Rooms & Hotel upkeep is very good. Decor of room is excellent. Food is OK - can be a bit better. Good location - not far from Meenakshi temple. Staff are very courteous & nice too.

I really loved my stay here! The place looked super cool with great aesthetics. Everything was so neat and clean. The rooms were big and comfortable. The food was awesome and tasty. Only one small thing – it would have been nice if there was a bucket in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Good JC Residency in a peaceful area.The check in staff good and very helpful.The rooms are quite decent sized with all mantises. There are hundreds of 100 artefacts ( example..huge metal elephant in front of of the restaurant.)The food is very good and reasonably priced

Clean room, great ambience & Good food ...& love stay here always ,no parking issues ....Thank you JC for your cleanliness & gratitude

Property was clean and very welcoming. The breakfast was awesome with varieties of south and north indian dishes.

It's wonderful stay, the property is well maintained. So glad to see the heritage aspects mentioned , preserved in very good manner. The only flip side is there were frequent power supply cuts and during the switch to DC supply everything gets off.

Everything was nice except the Bed we had in our room... extremely uncomfortable and kept on making noise ... also break fast menu is not that great .. however over all ambience and staff behaviour was good.. recommend the JC Residency to check the beds and also update their food menu and options

Very neat and traditional Rooms ... neat washrooms.. complimentary breakfast was fantastic... Lots of variety’s ... dinner was little bit expensive ... altogether it was a beautiful place to stay .. particularly if you go as family .
