Wonderful in the first instance. All well appointed rooms, with Wooden Decor,neat and clean toilet, all basic toiletries,good AC, TV, lift and hygiene food. Ample parking lot. Staff and management were excellent. Could see foreign tourists as well staying and enjoying the Indian Food. Our room was upgraded to the next level ( Suite) Wonderful 👍

During stay the front office, the restaurant, house keeping and the room service provided excellent service promptly.

Neat and clean rooms, nice and helpful staff who guide us on the details of when to visit temple.

Location is a bit away from Meenakshi temple. But the hotel property is well kept. Breakfast service and the staff is prompt and helpful. Amenities and services are tricky based on the rooms that you get. We weren't exactly satisfied with the kind of room we received due to lack of hot water availability and television issues.

pleasant stay rooms are good and luxurious but food is not like the standard of that.cooked in seasum oil or coconut oil. it should be cooked in olive oil or sunflower oil.

The property is very clean and the staffs are very good always ready to help. The location of the hotel is also good.

Good hotel in a peaceful area.The check in staff good and very helpful.The rooms are quite decent sized with all mantises. There are hundreds of 100 artefacts ( example..huge metal elephant in front of of the restaurant.)The food is very good and reasonably priced

An Exceptional Hotel Stay Our recent hotel stay was truly exceptional, defined by its excellent ambiance and courteous staff. Property was clean and very welcoming. The breakfast was awesome with varieties of south and north indian dishes.

This is the second stay of our family at JC Residency, Madurai. Calm & Good location. Little essential shopping also at nearby. Delicious food, NOT expensive. All staff are highly friendly, polite, simple and helpful. My family prefer any future stay will be at JC Residency only. Our wishes to all staff of JCR.
