I had a very disappointing experience at this resort, and I would strongly say this is not a family-friendly place despite calling itself a family resort. Our group included 4 adults and 3 children, and from the very beginning, things were not up to the mark. Basic Facilities Missing: When we requested water bottles at check-in around 10 PM, the night manager completely ignored us. We had to step out ourselves at 11:30 PM to buy water — highly inconvenient, especially with kids. Room Issues: The AC worked fine, but there were no blankets provided. It was especially difficult for my 2-year-old to sleep without one. Bathroom Condition: Bathrooms lacked even the most basic amenities. They were not cleaned properly, with rust everywhere, and fittings sprayed water in all directions. The only positive was that hot water was working. Breakfast Issues: The night manager told us breakfast would be served between 8:00–10:00 AM. However, when we went at 8:15, the staff told us it would take another 20 minutes. We ended up skipping breakfast entirely and checking out. Overall, this place does not justify the cost.

Pros: Good Stay, Breakfast was good. Nice Environment. Mr. Keneddi and one of member was very helpful. Mr. Ravi provided proper breakfast needs. Cons: Bathrooms were smelly but okay. Kitchen outlet was not cleaned and due to that smell was coming when roaming around area.

Property is very much spacious and great privacy...staff are very much courteous and prompt in service...it's a great stay

very dirty. toilet was pathetic. we were the only person staying in the property and so felt very unsafe.

We reached with google map help, room service was normal not good. Room inter connected phone not working. Environmental is good. We can't choose the room. We stay which one is given from reception.

Aakash hotel is under maintenance, there is no swimming pool, all service roads inside the hotel are under construction, bathrooms showers are not working properly, we booked this hotel especially for swimming pool purposes but we really disappointed, not worth for money… this hotel doesn’t have swimming pool currently, so show from your filter list that this hotel w/out swimming pool because no other customer to be disappointed.. thanks

Nice place with clean and good rooms. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. However, room service was not so prompt. Overall an enjoyable stay

1. Enjoyed the stay with family 2. Food is good. 3. Atmosphere is fine. 4. Room is good to stay. 5. Only exception is we need to be ourselves as the area is wide.

very worst hospitality, food very worst, they treated as very badly , they denied to give room after spoekn they given one worst room, bed also very poor condition, bathroom is very horrible

This hotel is at little outskirt of Madurai with good greenery and huge space. The room were not well maintained and has seepage issues. The tv, WiFi, intercom not working. They are with a very less staff. Though staff was trying hard to help. Will avoid next time.

Rooms were not clean. Quality of the food is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel for Family.

This is an awesome place. Lot of space outside and even the rooms are quite spacious. This indeed is a serene resort in Madurai, where we had a quite peaceful stay.

The food was worst. The management asked my friend to pay extra without even knowing fact that it is paid online. The service was also poor.

Poorly staffed; have to make many phone calls to get service, swimming pool was the only attraction but was not ready on time, food was average.

The place is not organized as you expect for the money you paid. They don't have food service or restaurant inside the resort at all. The complimentary breakfast you get is only 1 dosa each with the Chutney they served yesterday too. there are no change of sheets provided, house keeping people are clueless what they are expected to do. Swimming pool pretty decent of the whole property, but after all this flaws, the timing they mentioned for their pool and checkout policy were really hilarious. They came up with an extra bill for unrelated things. There is no second visit to Aakash until and unless they bring about some changes.
