While I appreciate many aspects of my stay, two significant issues greatly impacted my experience and need to be addressed immediately.
Firstly, the housekeeping standards were noticeably lacking. Upon closer inspection, the window curtains in my room were heavily dusty and showed visible grime. This suggests basic cleaning protocols are being overlooked and is a significant concern for guest comfort and health.
Secondly, the service responsiveness was extremely poor. I called to request an iron and ironing board and was told it would be sent to my room. I waited for well over an hour—far longer than an acceptable waiting period for a simple amenity—and the item was never delivered, nor was there any follow-up call from the staff. This level of neglect shows a serious breakdown in communication and operational efficiency.
These failures, particularly the non-delivery of a requested item after an extensive wait and the basic cleanliness oversight, reflect poorly on the property's commitment to guest satisfaction. I hope these matters are investigated and resolved for future guests.
