Hotel Gazala

No space for two accommodation and No Chair and Tables,Fixing and Very old model TV , Room Telephone is not working ,very conjunction space

Location good, not utilised food, amenities & services. Some smell in the room otherwise Rest all ok.

Budget stay, decent amenities. No issues faced. This Reception is at first floor, front end of building is closed. I got confused. Checked with security

Vey bad house keeping. Ac was out of functioning throughout the night. Room was not ready on our arrival by 230 pm shifted from one room to another. Very poor

The place was untidy and with broken bathroom fittings.

No hot water. Despite of complaint not repaired. Though termed as 3star, no basic amenities like tea bags, coffee, kettle. Average experience.

Hygiene is very poor. Average food. Bad surroundings. Bathrooms with old fittings, not clean. No parking near hotel.

Excellent service, excellent stay, good food and very good hospitality, clean and tidy rooms, safe and secured stay.

We checked in to the hotel without much hazle. The room was little cramped with big almirah and an old tv which was occupied much of table space. There wasn't any centre table to keep breakfast or lunch plates. Breakfast was not given to us though walkin booking people were getting breakfast coupons. I stayed for five nights. One. Good. Thimg in the hotel is the linems were fresh and clean.

It's a perfect hotel located at centre of the palakkad town, rooms, reception, restaurant everything is fine here but only drawback is you have to pay extra for early check-in.

Neat and clean hotel. Cooperative staff. Bed linen and bathroom were clean. Nice location. Restaurant below is good. Room service is prompt.

Affordable stay at prime location. Rooms maintained well, good room services. Restaurant was good, with variety of items and tastes like home made.

Since booking was done we have to compromise on many privileges. If it is booking done over counter by paying 100rs. Extra, we will get 24 hrs check out, complimentary breakfast, neat & bigger room. It's very bad.

Good rooms and service. But not received a gst bill from reception as confirmed by mmt. Feel a little uncomfortable from response from reception.

It was superb. Nice and clean room. Tv and the service was awesome, we n joyed a lot and the food was on time

This has been a bad experience, hygine is very bad don’t go by the photos given, it is really dirty and smelly rooms, smokes from the restaurant fills the room

The maintenance is poor from airconditioner the water is leaking the front dest is not pleasant the attitude towards guest is not pleasant

On all counts, our stay was enjoyable. Wr recommend gazala for an enjoyable stay.

My experience by booking through make my trip was bad. You collected rs. 1945/ per room, for 2 rooms for 4 days and surprised there was no bf included in that for 4 persons. The hotel said if booked through them it would have cost rs. 2000/ room with bf. The rooms were not exactly a double room, but a single room with a double cot. 1towel, no toilet items, 1 bottle of water etc only provided. It is working as a lodge for long staying office people. Bathroom was slippery. My experience with mmt and hotel were bad in taste. I need compensation for not providing me bf by mmt.
