There were so many cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The sheets were in very bad condition. Worst stay!

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms and overall ambiance were good, and we found the place comfortable and welcoming. The only issue we faced was the lack of hot water for bathing, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was fine. Recommended for a short and peaceful stay.

Very decent hotel with lot of shopping place in walkable distance. Rooms and facilities are too good for the price. Breakfast was very tasty though spread was less. Service was extremely polite.

Spacious rooms, neat and clean. Supply of soap and shampoo is insufficient. Location is good. Poor restaurant facilities. Restaurant is not open for the inmates. Only room service is available except for the breakfast.

This hotel is situated almost in the centre of palakkad city. I got a suit room, but you can’t compare that’s your room with other rooms. In other locations. It is very small. They got too old sofa in the front side. Tv was there only in the entrance. There was no tv inside the bedroom. Spacious and was very cool. The bathroom was not so great parking is also at offer. There is no covered parking to park the vehicle in the common parking which is near to the hotel.

Ac premium suite room was so bad we walked out after one night’s stay forfeiting the 2nd night’s stay. Front desk with no knowledge of how to checkin foreign nationals “took pictures of our passports with cellphones”. We hope our personal information will not be compromised by this never before experienced incident!

The property manager said he cannot check-out my stay and took the keys. I was checked out in system on next day after i left the property

Its one of the best hotels to stay in palakkad. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. Staffs are very cooperative.

Walkable distance to the temple. Clean and spacious rooms. Good restaurant at the property. Courteous staff.

Room is fine. Food is good. But, an iron box is not available. Business travellers like me, it's really an unsatisfied experience.

Worst stay i ever had, staff behavior was terribly bad, no room services, bathroom eas pathetic, food was disaster. Overall not a good hotel to stay. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

While the rooms were near and spacious, it's time for the hotel to reinvest in a good bed which is very important. The bed was completely pressed in and very uncomfortable to sleep. Hotel staff were very supportive. Food choices are only chinese, hotel should consider adding indian food.
