The facility is not maintained at all. Rooms were shabby. Ceilings have mold on them. Badly maintained.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indraprastha. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the service was quick. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it’s a perfect place for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect. Close ro Bus stand n near to the Highway. As the hotel is a 3 star, it can be considered better than the rest as i have stayed at different 3 star hotels in Palakkad. Rooms are Good. food is ok . cant expect a huge spread at the rate provided. services are good.

I stayed in an economy room, it was a very nice ambience, clean rooms, ample parking at the premise, superb breakfast, very good stay. stay was good. rooms do not have modern fixtures but existing facilities are good enough. they need more people to manage breakfast time. I thought there was a lot of chaos at the restaurant.

Extremely good experience. Location: City centre. Spacious rooms. Slightly Expensive food, but hygienic. Friendly atmosphere, helping staff. Bathroom & toilet need upgradation (Min 20 years old style). Nice Car parking area.

Location is great city center, rooms were fine just kind of old but the towels in the bathroom seemed unhygienic or stained. Complimentary breakfast was also fine relative to the price paid for the room.

In reception we had good welcome. Room service and food are very good. Convenience in the room also very good. Ambience and location is very nice. Since it locates in the heart of palakkad town has a very good accessabilty to nearby tourist locations.

Took 45 min delay to provide the room. Waited from 1:45 to 2:45 and they said it’s not their mistakes

I stayed for four nights in premium room. Room condition was good as per three star rating. Staff was well behaved and polite. The hotels restaurant have both south and north indian cousins with good taste, I tried north indian food and liked it. Coming to breakfast, it was all south indian dishes with good taste, the restaurant can add more desserts in menu. Coming to the breakfast it was full of south indian veg dishes and taste was very good, and surely Miss Aparna’s greeting will make breakfast more tatsy. Overall it was a nice and family friendly stay.

The hotel ambience, location, room stay and food are very excellent. But check in and check out time is not convincing. Please look into that.

The stay was ok. There was repair work ongoing so it was a bit inconvenient. I have stayed here before and my earlier experience was better. Food is good and staff is courteous and cooperative. Would have given it a 4 star rating if it wasn’t for the renovation activity.
