Appears to be a new property but poorly planned and maintained.
The rooms and common space like corridor etc have different levels of flooring not suitable for elderly and guests with wheelchair.
Within a room, there are three levels of floor; one step into the room and one down to the bathroom and another down to the shower area. If you are not watchful then there is a chance of tripping.
The mattress covers, bed covers and pillows have deep strains looking very dirty.
Only one bath towel & toiletries for one guest were provided even though the room was taken for two adult guests.
The so called balcony of royal suit room is nothing but a small narrow space for one or two small chairs to be placed to have the view of the river. But the rotten smell from the river is so strong that you can't leave the balcony door open.
And finally breakfast, cold idlis, dosas, puttu etc served with cold grevy , chutney etc along with bread slices (no toaster) with jam. The only thing you can get hot here is coffee & tea. Not worth the money spent. There are much better places for half the price paid in Palakkad.
