Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are welcoming, polite and very helpful. They took care of our other commitments by extending the buffet timings. Balcony river view is amazing. A running kitchen would be an excellent add-on to the property.

Room is decent. Hospitality is excellent local kerala dishes were served for breakfast. Room service was also decent.

The stay was comfortable, river views were amazing, parking is there for 4-6 cars, but considering the hotel has only 12 rooms, it isn't too much of a problem. Lack of a restaurant is the only slight issue you may find, although they have a restaurant somewhere close by and you can place a whatsapp order.

Location was amazing. Very helpful staffs Clean and tidy rooms Breakfast was good The negative thing noted was no safe shed provided for vehicle parking and road to the hotel not perfect

Had a lovely stay at this place — not a resort, but more like a cozy bed and breakfast with a beautiful riverside view. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Great experience overall!

Appears to be a new property but poorly planned and maintained. The rooms and common space like corridor etc have different levels of flooring not suitable for elderly and guests with wheelchair. Within a room, there are three levels of floor; one step into the room and one down to the bathroom and another down to the shower area. If you are not watchful then there is a chance of tripping. The mattress covers, bed covers and pillows have deep strains looking very dirty. Only one bath towel & toiletries for one guest were provided even though the room was taken for two adult guests. The so called balcony of royal suit room is nothing but a small narrow space for one or two small chairs to be placed to have the view of the river. But the rotten smell from the river is so strong that you can't leave the balcony door open. And finally breakfast, cold idlis,dosas, puttu etc served with cold grevy , chutney etc along with bread slices (no toaster) with jam. The only thing you can get hot here is coffee & tea. Not worth the money spent. There are much better places for half the price paid in Palakkad.

Riverscape boutique hotel is truly on the riverbank, one may seek calm and peace from the room watching the river flow. Good breakfast. Need attention to keep bathroom dry by adding a shower curtain or partition. Polite staff
