The experience was far below expectations, especially considering the high room tariff. To start with, there was no electric kettle provided in the room, which is a basic amenity in most hotels at this price point. The room lighting was inadequate, making the space feel gloomy and inconvenient for reading or working. While there was a phone in the room, surprisingly, the contact number for the reception was not provided, which made it difficult to reach out for assistance. One of the biggest letdowns was the so-called breakfast, for which they charged an additional ₹400. Rather than having an in-house kitchen or offering a proper spread, they simply brought dosa/idli from a nearby hotel and served it, which felt unprofessional and overpriced. The bed and towels were of poor quality, with the towel in particular being thin and not up to even budget hotel standards. Overall, the rate charged is unjustifiably high, especially when better hotels in the same town offer far superior service and facilities at a lower price.
