Behaviour of staff, toilet are very unhygienic, room had bad smell, not proper room service, mattress was dirty

Cleanliness is very low & bathroom was terrible, we have no other choice at tht time so we stayed there thats reality

Hotel I found I’m MakeMyTrip/ it was a nice hotel with amble parking and restaurant all / only one thing is no pressure for water in bathroom

Only one problem is that they are given a/c room given as non a/ c. No ventilation in that type of rooms. That's the only drawback. Rooms are very clean and service is good also

Booked a room here for my wife's parents. The booking included breakfast but in the morning, they refused to serve breakfast unless we pay for it separately. They insulted my in-laws by telling them to go and get it from the kitchen if they wanted. No one should ever book a room at this hotel

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble
