It was okay but no hot water or kettle provided. Room was nice and clean . No bed switch provided. Overall nice experience

Very bad service. bathrooms are not properly cleaned. Only one towel was available in the room. Provided one additional one after repeated reminders and it was wet ....I hope they provided one used one without washing and drying. I vacated the room after 1 hour. Don't add such hotels in Make my trip

UnHygienic bathroom atmosphere bedsheets not good

The rooms are neat and clean. All amenities were provided in good working condition including Tv, ac hot water. Although food is not Directly available in the hotel, they do provide dining in room service as well known hotels are just opposite the hotel. 24*7 room service is also provided. overall good hotel for family stay.

Parking area was small. Location was easily findable. good service by the staff. affordable price with good amenities.

The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. However, i felt that some minor upgrades could enhance the overall comfort, such as better soundproofing to reduce noise from the hallways. One area where the hotel could improve is its breakfast. While it was decent, the variety and quality could have been better. More fresh options and a wider selection would make the morning experience much more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient location with good service. With a few improvements, particularly in the breakfast offerings, it could be an even better experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Stinky room, no maintenance. There is no curtains in the window. No hinges to lock the room inside. No toiletries available. Not worth for money.

We this property for 10 days. The room was spacious and the bathroom was neat. The location of the property is in the city where you have lots of options to shop and eat, yet there is tranquility. The room tariffs are reasonable. The staff is really helpful and very cooperative. A big shout to Sindhu, Shreejith, Faisal and the entire housekeeping staff for making our stay a truly memorable one. The owner Shahenshah too deserves a note of mention for his humility and to go the extra mile to take care of the guests.
